By far the worst Spa experience I've ever had. Very unprofessional, inexperienced and overpriced. During my session, the masseuse's cell phone went off, the room was extremely cold, she used a rolling chair that was so loud it disrupted the vibe they were trying to create, and her massage routine seemed to be unpracticed and so apathetic. I will not be going back and would strongly suggest you going elsewhere. read more

I have been going here for three years now, I started in 2014 and I will say not only is the staff amazing but the owner is just fantastic!!! She is the fastest waxer in Texas, literary she won an award for it. Second, she uses organic products, her prices are not only competitive but make getting pampered affordable!!! Her rooms are always clean and sanitary. I love Janet the front desk clerk, they are organized and can always fit me in last minute for whatever!!! I highly recommend coming here!! I have gotten facials, waxing, detox hot blanket, and micro bladed eyebrows. All were done professionally and nothing but compliments. read more

This was the worst experience in my life for waxing. The most pain ever, price did not match what I was quoted over the phone. I have never felt half this much pain in a Brazilian, and there are missed patches. One eyebrow is a lot thinner than the other. I would never go back! read more

I highly recommend!! Nalini does the best face wax and FAST. She also cools down your skin afterward so you don't leave looking like you just had your face waxed. The salon is always clean. My mom and I arrived 10 minutes early for an appointment at 2:00 and filled out paperwork. We were not seen until 2:15. Our session entailed a massage for two or couples. There needs to be more attention to detail and less talking from the massage thereapist to enhance relaxation. I now there needs to be communication between client and therapist regardiing problem areas, but while getting to the end of the session, which was not a full hour,I overheard one massage thereapist whisper to the other" we need to wrap this up" the sheets and blankets were tacky and blood stained from someone else, even if they were washed. this by far is not a nice salon, and while paying for the bill, even tipping the therapist 20% beacuse of Christmas, there was too much socialzing among the employees and not enough attention to the clients. I was going to buy a gift card for my sister, but ....no thanks! read more

I went here for a facial since I am getting terrible pregnancy acne. I've been getting facials every few weeks and decided try this since I couldn't make it to my regular facialist in my home town. The first thing the front desk lady said was, "wow, your acne is really bad." Like I didn't notice. This also was not the best spa environment. I did not feel like I was in a relaxing spa. The facial also felt low quality and my skin never felt clean and refreshed like it does from all the other spas I've been to. I had new pimples just a few hours later- which has never happened before. For $85, I was expecting a much different experience. I will definitely spend that much money at the med spa instead. My facialist was extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. It just seemed like there was a lack of knowledge compared to other places I've been. I was really looking forward to this facial so I was very disappointed. :( read more

I've been going to White Lotus for 6 months now and have been extremely happy with the results and the care that Nalina has given me. I originally came for permanent makeup (eyeliner and brows) and was extremely happy with the results (and I still am). After that, I've been coming for facials which I find amazing! Besides the facial, there is a shoulder, arm/hand, and foot massages which are completely relaxing. Nalina is very professional and tries to accommodate my needs and desired outcomes. I highly recommend White Lotus for the permanent makeup and the facials; I believe Nalina and her staff will give the best of care in a very reasonable manner in all the treatments that they perform. read more

I bought a groupon for parafin manicure and shellac. There was a very nice lady working at the front counter. I sat down to wait and was just looking around the spa. I was very unimpressed with the spas appearance. There was stuff piled everywhere from products to magazines and just seemed very unorganized and over crowded to me. Since is was my first visit, I arrived 5 mins early, and I was notified that the nail tech was not in the shop at the time, but would be there shortly. She arrived 10 mins late of my scheduled appointment. My "manicure and shellac" were done and in less than 30 mins I was on my way out the door. When I left it appeared that I had painted my own nails, the tips were not covered and it was uneven at the base of my nailbed. Shellac is designed to be a 14 day polish, it is now 3 days later and my polish has chipped and lifted. I will need to be remove it very soon. I can usually can wear shellac 3 weeks, needless to say I will be returning to my regular salon for this service. read more
