I don't make an appointment because that's once again very strange as I am just interested in browsing (I would set up an appointment if there was something in your etsy shop that particularity caught me). I was very interested and looking forward to seeing what you have that day, but was simply turned off to the fact that I felt like I must be inconveniencing you since you did not have the time to be down in the store anyway. All I am saying is that if there's an open sign out I don't expect to find a locked door, and I would have happily stopped by to see the store again when it's actually open and changed my review if you had not responded in such a rude way which makes me not want to give you my business, which is a shame since I enjoy supporting good local businesses.

I once ordered a lovely Irish linen vintage blouse from her online store and paid for the shipping, since I wasn't sure if it was at the shop or is it had to be ordered in. One day I hear a knock at the door, and her husband handed me a box, explaining where it was from. When I got it inside, I unwrapped it and found the blouse and an envelope of money- the amount I paid for shipping. Talk about great customer service!

This evening my daughter and I were out and about and in looking for something to keep her interested and out of the house for a change, I figured why not go look around Kohl's?! It turned out to be a great place at 6:00 on a Wednesday evening to teach a toddler how to push a cart around the store! Their carts are different, low to the ground, and manageable for even a smaller toddler like our daughter. A few bumped shelves later, we made it around the entire store without a major incident! I never did find a pair of new dress shoes, but it wasn't even my concern at that point! "Daddy and me" day was another success and we even managed to snag a treat on the way home. Accomplishment, folks!

Even though the place has become a bit more barren, especially with the removal of the kids' arcade games by the main entrance and the recent loss of the candy machines, I still think there's some good left in it. Take my current favorite spot, Raintree Shopping (RS), for example. While at first glance it might look like just another rip-off junk store, there are some amazing gems hidden inside. They sell a super intriguing mix of overstock and off-brand products, usually for dirt cheap. It's the kind of place where you either find really weird stuff, total junk, or absolute gold. Honestly, there's something for everybody in there: For kids: $3 backpack, lunchbox, and pencil case combos featuring popular characters. For tech enthusiasts: Unique charging docks for phones and gaming controllers for under $15. For literally anyone: A goldmine of overstock clothing. Case in point: I recently found brand-name Goodfellow & Co shirts for just 5 bucks, which is a third of what they cost at Target! Plus, their denim section has some surprising finds if you're looking for cheap streetwear basics. While the mall as a whole definitely isn't what it used to be, spots like RS keep it worth making the trip, not to mention that café near Boscov's, which is pretty solid. If you're willing to dig through the oddities, you're almost guaranteed to walk out with a win. Four stars!

I was in both locations, which are almost across the street from each other. One is junior sized (although it wasn't advertised as such). As a larger woman I wish they would have carried size xl, but managed to fit in some large sizes. The other store is ladies wear but doesn't carry as much and although it had that same soft color aesthetic the style was more mature resort wear. They have several locations, including one focusing solely on accessories and just recently opened an online store. I loved the style of the junior store. Just wished they carried larger sizes. SIDENOTE: Both stores I visited were blocks from the beach in a very walkable area. Metered street parking was hard to find.

The boutique jewelry was well priced and all I could think about were the number of gifts I could check of throughout the year. Gift for me, gift for her. The clothing unfortunately I didn't even bother. I am too tall and bigger than the average woman. I stayed in my lane. I absolutely loved this place. There were so many unique items for her, your car, your loved ones. Wellness, peace and beauty was a consistent theme. Bath bombs and soaps, hats, scarves, purses bracelets if all kinds. There are some books too. I'll be back really soon before the spring and summer merchandise takes over.

You're creating this experience for a child, maybe put some effort into it? Seems like they are there for a paycheck, and that's it. My kids picked some charms, added them to the collars.
