Hygienist Lisa was awesome with a hyper, cabin-fevered kiddo, giving names and "kid-friendly" applications to the entire cleaning process (my fave: Mr. Thirsty for the mouth vac). Any discomfort or unease from my boy melted away with her engaging conversation and demeanor. Thank you Lisa. Dr. Heather was direct and didn't try to upsell X-rays, procedures or anything - just straight-forward advice for the next six months of a constantly changing PreK mouth. Plus, he got an invisible ink pen, a Spider Man toothbrush, bubble gum toothpaste and floss sticks on the way out! Where'd the ink end up? My coffee cup and his nose, mostly. After we were seated, forty minutes after our appointment time, an assistant asked whether nitrous oxide would be used, which I declined. The dentist then entered the room without washing her hands and did not introduce herself or confirm my son's identity. She did not explain that she intended to proceed with an extraction. She briefly referenced a "bite block" without clarifying the nature of the procedure. Without obtaining informed consent, the dentist administered Novocaine and exited the room, again without washing her hands. After the injection, an assistant presented an iPad for consent. I asked what I was being asked to sign and was told to "read the iPad." The dentist then returned and extracted the tooth. Post-procedure instructions were provided only after the extraction was completed. At no point prior to Novocaine administration or extraction was informed consent obtained. Additionally, I observed a lack of hand hygiene upon entry and exit, which was concerning as the dentist continued to see other patients. I raised these concerns during the visit. My feedback was dismissed and met with explanations rather than acknowledgment.

It's actually an open area with about 3 chairs for the kiddies to be examine (there are exam rooms behind doors as well but this is what you'll see once you go back ) and every seat has a TV place on the top of the ceiling so that the kids can watch (as distractions and/or for them to feel more at eased) while being examine , which I think is a brilliant idea! . The place is very clean, walls colors are bright and everyone always greet you with a warm smile. The doctors and assistance are always helpful and gentle with my toddlers even though my kids are throwing fits and crying. I would highly recommend taking your kids here! The environment is great! I wish my kids pedi office were like this .

Unprofessional, Not Child-Appropriate, and Abandoned a Pediatric Patient…read more I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this dental office, and I feel obligated to warn other parents. This office is not kid-friendly, not compassionate, and completely unprofessional when dealing with pediatric patients. My daughter was in extreme pain during a tooth extraction, crying loudly and trying to get out of the chair due to how traumatic and painful the experience was. Any parent in that situation would be distressed. Instead of showing professionalism, patience, or basic bedside manner, the dentist became confrontational, escalated the situation, and ultimately refused to complete the procedure. She abruptly walked away and told us to "go somewhere else," leaving my child in the chair with instruments still in her mouth, actively bleeding, and with a broken tooth left unfinished. My daughter was left crying, shaken, and injured--both physically and emotionally. Abandoning a pediatric patient mid-procedure is unacceptable and dangerous. This was not just poor service; it was reckless and traumatizing. I will never return here, and I strongly advise parents to think twice before trusting this office with their children.
