Instead of receiving a helpful explanation, I was met with a rude, impatient, and condescending attitude. I was polite throughout the call and even asked if I could pay the balance soon, but I still felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. No one should feel uncomfortable or talked down to for asking a simple question about their bill. Customer service is a huge part of any medical office, and I hope this office takes patient interactions more seriously. A little kindness and respect can make all the difference.
