I can not go any lower but I would if I could. They really do abused my Lhasa gave her a cut I told them to never do. It took 2 years for her hair to fill back out. Always wanted her there by early but kept her there late. She was always shaking when she knew she was going to be groomed. I supplies hair products to help condition her hair they didn't use them. When I picked her up she was always sad. Now this is the happiest dog you ever meet. This wasn't her only groomer she went to but it was her last. These People play a game to your face that girl up front was the biggest liar I ever meet she thinks she is so smart and you can't see through her. If you love your pets you should find someone else. read more

I am sooo upset with this place. We took our cat to get groomed (like we have once a year for years) and apparently they were too scared of him to get him out of the cage. He doesn't have front claws and they have done it numerous times in the past! My husband called at 2 to check in and they said he would be ready by 4 so at 3:45 we get a text saying he was ready, my husband gets there to get him and they say there is no charge because they couldn't get him out of the cage and instead of calling us sooner or telling my husband when he called at 2 they LET HIM SIT IN POOP FOR 3.5 HOURS!!!! So we bring him home and I feel soooo bad for him I'm crying as we wash him in the tub!! We will NEVER go back here. read more

ChiChi has several medical problems and everyone in the shop treats her like the delicate princess that she is. I have tried several times to see if changes would occur. I have gotten poor cuts and service for the last year. I tried speaking to Kristi to change my dogs grooming experience. I went back this time and we are back to a bad cut. He had nothing done that I asked for and he had a patch of hair removed off the center of his chest, legs and feet were dried Back legs cut but front legs were not cut. Why give suggestions to groomer when booking appointments when nothing will change. This business was better when it was smaller and not so many new groomers. read more

I have tried many groomers for my dogs. In the summer I like to shave their bodies down because of the SC heat. These groomers do a great job at this. They also do a great job at the longer cuts too. A few of the reviews I read talked about service issues, but I disagree. Just make your appointment and drop of at your appointed time slot. The staff is very flexible with drop off and pick up. You may have to wait a while but it will be worth it. read more

Customer service is nonexistent here. The people are so rude. They say to pick up my dog at 3, I'm running late, get there at 3:20 and they tell me it's going to be 40 more minutes. The people who work in there look like they haven't bathed in a week. My dog came home with flees all over her and they tried to say they don't have flees in their business. Never have we ever had flees in my house till we went to this place. Also, my sister-in-law used to work here and the manager/owner texted her talking crap about us as customers! Unprofessional, dirty, rude, nasty people. Would never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT take your pets here. They will not be taken care of properly. read more

If I could give a zero star rating that's what it would be. Our dogs came home with irregular cuts, blood in spots on their bodies & feet. Also, the service is "odd," @ best. When our concerns were verbalized the owner became unprofessionally defensive & hostile. If I could give 0 stars I would!! They were awful! Just moved here from Utah and the vet recommended Kristi's! And I'm still racking my brain as to why he would! Made an appointment for 11 am. Called at 2:45 and asked how it was going and they hadn't even started on them. I had something I needed to do by 3:30... Let them know and they said they would be done by then. I showed up to pick them up and they had just started on my miniature schnauzer. So I stood there and waited 45 minutes for them to finish. And while I waited I watched employees mistreat the other animals and other employees. It was extremely dirty in there and not organized. Not to mention while I was waiting the owner/manager kept glaring over at me and was pissed off. I'm pretty sure I should be the only one pissed off lady!! When I make an appointment at 11, you better dang well start working on them at 11!! My other dog is a boxer and after he was bathed, they let him run around outside in the dirt and get all messy again. I would not recommend that anyone NEVER EVER EVER go there! read more
