We used to have 2 dogs and are now down to one - both of them are rescues and suffer from separation anxiety issues. Happy to say that both of them were fine going into this facility and fine coming out. Our surviving dog has had short and extended stay and has come home happy from both types of boarding. She has a spa day before returning home and seems to really love her routine and pamper session while there. She can be a smelly little old girl, so really appreciate that her bath from the groomers there lasts longer than any other place. During a power outage after bad weather a few years back, they regularly kept us updated on how they were taking care of the pets in general. We really appreciated the updates as were unable to go and fetch her early. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is a top notch facility and highly recommend them.

I am so appreciative to Dr. Sonja Akers, Dr. Hunt and Dr. Tim and all the Doctors of GAH. I also want to recognize the Veterinarian Technicians and last but not least the Customer Service Representatives who direct the flow of traffic and ensure all services are provided. It is with a heavy heart that I share this story. Early one morning I discovered my furry family member had been gravely wounded by an attack from and unknown animal in my yard. It was an hour before Grace Animal Hospital began services for the day, but my fur baby needed immediate medical care. I drove her to GAH and did not know what to do as I was in distress myself. I approached a person I now know as Dr. Tim and told him of my emergency and he said to meet the technicians at the front entrance as I was on the side of the building. Before I got to the front door 2 technicians, Miss Jessica and Miss Brittany were there to meet me. Within minutes Dr. Hunt was examining my baby. Unfortunately there was nothing we could as her injuries were too severe and extensive. All who helped that day and all at Grace Animal Hospital exude that type of dedication to all who bring their furry family members to GAH, and all at GAH provide the best possible care that I feel can be provided with compassion and professionalism. Recently, I was trying to use a promotion at a Florida location, but it wasn't showing on my account. I called the Columbia location and Alex was able to resolve the issue quickly and effortlessly. She was beyond sweet and went above and beyond. What impressed me even more was that Alex remembered my pups after 10 months! That personal touch made me feel truly valued as a customer. The facility is always clean, and I love the giant viewing window where you can watch the dogs playing in the pool. The live cameras are fantastic too. I was able to check on my dogs anytime while they were boarding, even from states away. Most importantly, my dogs absolutely loved going here, and I always felt confident knowing they were being cared for by a staff that genuinely loves and cares for the animals. Bri and her rotti were also a highlight for my big Rottweiler Petunia. Highly recommend!

She was erratic when I got her. I figured just excitement...then she went downhill. It was like a 360. She was disoriented and seemed confused. Choosing to pee on concrete over the grass which I've only saw her do once before...when she was on meds from spay surgery. She wasn't barking at incoming house guests (she barks at all people who come to the house). Everyone kept saying she's off. Her subdued behavior and slow movements were unlike her. I reached out via email to see if she was treated for something or given any type of meds, or generally asking if someone could give me some insight into her stay as she came back not as she was. Still no response. I would not recommend. I also saw a said video of a women on TikTok whose dog was injured at a different Pet Paradise and the place was completely mute on the matter. Please be weary of this place. We will not be going back due to these issues experienced and lack of professionalism from the business.
