Dr. Vetter is the best dentist we've ever had! We've been seeing her for 7 years now! Her first concern is with the health and integrity of your teeth. And she's helped mine tremendously, including through necessary crowns. But she's also an incredible cosmetic dentist! She's renewed my smile at 56 with Invisalign and a bit of bonding. She makes the bonded teeth look totally natural. Jennifer is also the most wonderful hygienist -- and Christine, the office manager, makes every visit special. Wow! Dr. Vetter is absolutely amazing! I went today and I told 2 of my friends about how fantastic she is! I've had many dentist in my time... as we all have and she is SOOOOO thorough! They explain EVERYTHING even the office manager explained my insurance to me! I used to work in the field and have never seen care like this place! If there was a 6/5 I would give it to her! I cracked a tooth eating a hard piece of candy the other day, late in the afternoon. I called Dr. Vetter's office and Christine/Office Mgr was able to schedule me for the very next morning. I arrived on time and Beth/Dental Asst, brought me right in and took X-rays. Dr. Vetter came in and told me what she planned to do to repair the tooth and within an hour of walking into the office, my tooth was as good as new. Dr. Vetter and her team are simply THE BEST! I had 2 crowns installed, one of which replaced a 35+ year-old crown that I had grown to hate. That crown was installed by one of those "Smile Center" type dentistry chains where quality isn't an issue because there isn't any. (ha ha). That crown never reached the gum, was yellowish in color and constantly shredded dental floss. Both new crowns look great and my bite feels perfectly normal. My thanks to Dr. Vetter and her team. I seldom leave bad reviews but I wanted to alert future customers. Dr. Vetter over changes compared to other dentists. I told her that I only wanted services that were covered by my dental insurance yet she went ahead and changed me for checkup items that I did not want because they were not covered. Additionally, she tried to upsell me on expensive cosmetic procedures. To make things worse the office staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I do not recommend Dr. Vetter. She is dishonest and overcharges. read more

I was in need of a new Dentist as I had moved to Laguna Niguel after 25 years in La Jolla. I can not say enough about how grateful I am to have found Dr Vetter. Everyone there is so nice and make you feel very comfortable when you are there. Dr Vetter has all the latest and greatest equipment; making the process much easier. I required 4 visits within 6 weeks due to some deep cleaning and a crown. Each time I was taken care of with the same excellent level of care. Dr. Vetter and her team go above and beyond. I knocked both my front teeth and they were chipped. They got me in that afternoon and made a plan of how to fix my teeth. I believe Kristy has one of the best practices in Orange County. I know of whom I speak as my husband who is now deceased use to be a dentist in the Navy and in private practice in San Diego and San Francisco Counties. I've always been dentist phobic. Consequently it's been over 20 yrs since I had a dental check up & teeth cleaning. I saw two dentist prior to finding Dr. Kristy Vetter which wasn't a good experience as I felt that my fears were annoying. Therefore, I saw Dr. Kristy and although I wasn't on board with having deep teeth cleaning I went ahead and had it done. Dr. Kristy's approach approach alleviated (most of my anxiety) by taking the time in answering my questions, being gentle and letting me know ahead of time what she was going to do.
