You have 24-hour access and both my husband and I feel better knowing that there is 24-hour security and all entrances require a key card to get in. The staff that manages this place is great as well, I worked with Shannon and she was able to accommodate my requests prior to me starting, I was honestly grateful. After being approved and walked through every single step of the leasing process, I was informed the day before my move-in date that I was "ineligible" due to a potential raise I might receive in the future. Let me emphasize: I was penalized for hypothetical income that does not exist. That is not policy, that is a scam dressed up in paperwork. To make matters worse, the very same day I was denied, management attempted to upsell me on an identical apartment with the same specifications for $200 more a month. The catch? It wouldn't even be available until October. So, not only was I left without housing on my move-in date, but I was also insulted with the suggestion that I should wait an extra month and pay more for the same product. That is not "professional leasing practice" that is predatory behavior, plain and simple. What's most disappointing is not even the denial itself, but the complete disregard for integrity. If this is how your management team operates playing games with people's livelihoods and basic housing needs then it's a matter of time before others are harmed as well. Imagine if I truly had nowhere else to go, if it was just me and my child depending on this move. That's the reality you toyed with for profit. I am not naïve, I am not desperate, and I will not be taken advantage of. Do better, because this was unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable. Karma doesn't miss. Count your days!

My final interaction with the office was the most frustrating. When I attempted to return my keys, the employee at the front desk refused to accept them. She would not provide her name, would not review my account information, and refused to assist me before even knowing who I was or which apartment I occupied. Instead, I was instructed to leave my keys unattended in my unlocked apartment for the next week, which I found completely unacceptable and irresponsible. At every step, I felt dismissed rather than valued as a resident. Communication was poor, professionalism was lacking, and legitimate concerns were not handled with the care or respect they deserved. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to carefully evaluate whether this is the level of management and customer service they want to deal with.

I moved in about a month ago after living in a house for the past 12+ years. I was skeptical about…read morethe size of the unit, amenities, security, and price given Houston's cost for leasing an apartment. I am happy to say that all of my expectations were actually met if not exceeded! The complex is less than 2 years old, so everything still looks new, the units have the amenities that I value most like energy efficient appliances, a dog walk, a small dog park, washer/dryer connection, plenty of storage, a wonderful management team, and reasonably priced for this area of Houston. I could continue on about this friendly and secure community of only 70 apartments, but you should take a tour yourself. Now...keeping this all real, I was disappointed by the fact that there are only 4 visitors parking spaces for the entire complex, you have to call a dedicated towing company EVERY time a visitor parks on the lot for a visitor's parking code (good for 24 hours), visitors are only able to get a code to park 3 times max per week (oh, no they didn't), and there are no entry/security boxes for you to buzz your guests inside of the gates of the complex. You have to use your key fob to buzz them in, which I guess is cool because you have to call a company for a visitors parking code, write down the code, and walk it down to your guests to be placed on their windshield when they parked in one of those four cherished parking spots. I would have also appreciated knowing this information during or after my scheduled tour so that I could have determined if this was passable prior to signing my lease. Like I said...we're going to keep it real on here today. Despite these "challenges," I would still HIGHLY recommend moving here because I love my apartment! The pros outweigh the cons, and it's all subjective anyway.
