I've never encountered more problems with a rental in my life. Leaking toilets, electricity failures, no heat in the coldest months, No AC when it's hot. And despite all of the issues they routinely want to blame the tenant whenever something comes up. Let's get to the biggest problem I encountered. After the first month of living in the unit I had a major electrical problem. When a repair guy inspected the attic he informed me that the furnace vent to the exterior was not hooked up. This could have killed me and my family with carbon monoxide. And when it came time for a "mandatory" insurance inspection they refused to schedule it when I could be present, and then they showed up with a constable who took it as an opportunity to snoop through my place! Run away... don't walk.

There have been policy updates- you do no lease a unit that you have no seen! I love that I get to see my unit before moving in. Also, I've seen old reviews but I did not see any pest issues there and the property was very well ,aintained- its affordable but you can tell this small community care about its look, safety and residents. Seems like the new management had a plan and is executing it well. I did decided to complete an application and am awaiting my approval. The community does offer a flex deposit program.
