I had a few issues with this property after they became Olympus at Sierra Pines, however, the management now seems to be settled in and are looking after the tenants and assisting with any past or present concerns or problems. It is often difficult to step in and make changes from one owner to the next, bravo for taking a look and making things right. All I can say to Terrie, is thank you for caring. Great area , great place to stay , it's quiet but not too too quiet ; I also love the Lucerne room feature for delivery packages. The parking garage is a huge life saver. Staff change pretty often nowadays but they've all been pretty nice and always helpful. Only thing isI don't live here anymore just moved about 2 months ago and it's bitter sweet that should tell you a lot I had no reason to leave other than it's time for new experiences in life. read more

These apartments have BLACK MOLD and constant bugs. They do not care about the health nor safety of their tenants. They refused to remediate mold after written communication that the VISIBLE and LAB-CONFIRMED MOLD was drastically affecting my health. Their office is extremely disorganized and the staff rarely answers the phones or emails. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, especially not anyone immunocompromised or with any lung or other health conditions, nor children. After getting extremely sick after moving in, I discovered black mold in my in-wall air conditioning/heating unit and air vents throughout the apartment. I contacted management and did not receive a response until 21 days later, AFTER I sent another email with the lab tested results of the swabs I took and had sent to two separate labs. (photos attached) The property manager stated "I reviewed the test results that you included, however neither of them indicated harmful molds at elevated levels." My doctor informed me that statement by Wildwood was false. I was diagnosed with symptoms of mold poisoning caused by living in Wildwood. I requested professional mold remediation. Wildwood stated that they would send 'a vendor' out to clean my HVAC unit. They did not outsource this work. I had to send them three follow-up emails to schedule the cleaning and then they didn't ever send a certified mold specialist. They sent a man from maintenance to clean the vents which only made me more sick because it knocked all of the dust and mold spores out into the air. This was the worst experience I've ever had with an apartment complex. Please do not move here. Do not sign a lease with them. read more

Just don't!!!! The only good thing about this community is the super nice maintenance staff. Otherwise it's overpriced, the fire alarms go off constantly, you will call the front office only to get hung up on, etc. also, it's become super sketchy lately and we've lived here for two years. I just moved in this past week and I LOVE IT here s as I far. It's a gated community so I feel safe. There is always parking available. The apartment is so much nicer in person. This review is specifically about the office staff. I feel bad for them, honestly. The only times I've been just absolutely assaulted by this type of negative energy and lack of customer service is typically a result of a very toxic work environment. None of them are kind. No one smiles. They are all very short with their responses. They are the farthest thing from helpful. They don't answer their phones often enough. When they do they are quick to hang up. They are not professional. Passive aggressive comments, mean looks, eye rolls, and belittling tone. Even the office manager Terri. Oof. What a rude lady, my goodness. I love these apartments from the front office staff to high ceilings to the clean swimming pool. These apartments are so quiet and friendly! The gym is also clean and fully equipped (also getting new machines) The only thing i would like to see more is activities in the lounge area. My friends apartments always have donuts sweets fruit drinks for their residents. I thought it was pretty neat and my 3yo loved it... but if that's the only thing this place is missing you would love living here! The apartments are fairly new so they look great , the appliances, the hardwood floors and everything else. I'm trying to describe as much as i Can because when i was searching i saw a bunch of personal negative reviews but not a lot on the apt itself. Also NO PARKING PROBLEM!!! Management is horrible. They never pick up the phone and you have to go in to get anything done. They are really rude and condescending. The place is really noisy in the pool area. People bring speakers all the time and management does not care. They refused to do anything when I asked the office to help. The building is also falling apart. The fire alarm always goes off, the elevator always breaks and the package room is a mess. The dog park has artificial grass and always smells. The police have been called here a lot recently. Living there was fine but I have had nothing but issues since moving out. They have the worst phone connection in the country or when you ask them to do something you magically get disconnected... several times. Hopefully you don't need a copy of your previous lease agreement or send a package to your old address because they are in the transaction business not the relationship business, meaning once you move out they don't give a rats a$$ about you and they will tell you every reason why they can't help instead of finding a way to help. Everything is nice and everything is maintained pretty good. But the best part of the property by far is the management. The on-site managers, specifically Jessica made it possible and as easy as possible. She has also always been easy to reach for anything we need. This apartment complex has been a nightmare. We have always paid rent a month in advanced and are good tenants. These people will invade your privacy every month. They will send you a week in advanced notice about some type of inspection they need to do so they can come in your apartment and move around your furniture. The electricity problems are the worst, the day we moved out they had a fire inspection for the entire building where the alarms went off every 7 minutes for 9 hours. The electrical problems don't stop at the fire alarms, the hallways are constantly in lit. They do not clean hallways, it is gross there is animal feces and bugs! Once you put in notice to move they will call every week and try to get money out of you like every apartment that you lease with, but they put the fun spin of "if you don't pay us for these charges we will evict you". I had legal documentation stating we don't owe these charges and they completely ignored. Chandra, the assistant manager will harass you the moment you give your 60 day notice that you're not renewing your lease. I had to hire a lawyer Incase they came after us for more money. The reason I'm writing this review is to make sure other people don't make the same mistake we did. There are so many better apartments to live at for the same exact price in that area. Make sure to ask to see the other apartments and not the section they show you. Looks are tremendously deceiving here. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I most definitely would. If you are thinking about renting here and you happen to read this review, don't do it!! These apartments are very beautiful online but once you move in, it is completely different. I read a lot of reviews prior to moving in and saw a few people complaining about roaches and ants but i didn't think it would be that bad. My very first night! I had to kill 2 roaches in the kitchen. I called maintenance and they sent someone to spray but that doesn't help at all. These apartments are very poorly built so roaches and ants get in from the creaks in the wall and also through the dishwasher. No matter how many times I complain they come out and spray and then write a note saying to make sure not to leave food out and to clean up, when the problem isn't that! It is because of the poor maintenance team! Oh and when they have patio/apartment inspection they will have someone come out to inspect but that person will take everything out of your storage unit and not put anything back. During the snow storm I had a leak in the bathroom and told them about it the moment I saw it, it took them almost 3 months to finally fix it! Good thing the leak eventually stopped but they just put a patch over it and called it a day. Oh and not to mention termites! My last month until my lease is up, I noticed a nest growing near my patio I took a broom to knock it down and realized there were three holes in the wall and all a million small termites. Edit: if you move into an apartment expect to experience some issues. What matters is how the team addresses them and their community. I posted this review when I was extremely upset with the office staff over what was essentially a clerical error and I was ready to write them off. The community manager personally reached out to me and lent me her ear. She did what was in her power to do to make it right. And at the end of the day that's what matters. I have lived in these apartments since January, this year, and my husband has been here since July of last year. We both really love how upscale these apartments are. The 10ft ceilings make the space seem bigger, and the stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops make the kitchen look very modern. Our bathroom is huge, with a giant tub and a good-sized walk-in closet. The outside of the property is well taken care of. As with any complex, you will deal with the unruly neighbor or something electrical not working for a short time, but we don't really have any complaints. The new management is very interactive with their tenants and they recently brought out a pet grooming service, which our two dogs enjoyed. There is a Walmart very close by and The Woodlands mall and Waterway is about 10 minutes away. Overall, we've had a great experience living here! read more

Pros - Sierra Pines is a very family friendly living area. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. The property is peaceful, spacious, safe, with a wonderful pool area and gym, an added bonus is the parking garage which is free of charge. The maintenance staff if helpful and have prompt response time when maintenenace request is submitted. The office staff is also friendly and good with answering questions, the office manager Brandy is amazing and helpful she is one reason why I am still here. The amenities inside the apartment are so nice and luxury, with tall 12/13' ceilings(makes the apartment looks so much spacious), wood floors, and granite countertops...love it! The staff do a great job with community events for families including fur babies! Cons - The apartment itself lacks of sound proofing floors and walls. I can hear my neighbors above me every step they take, if they drop something, when their water drains from taking a bath, I mean anything literally and my neighbor next to me I can hear them coughing or sneezing when I am sitting at my diner table. The walls and floors are very poorly sound wise insulated which is frustrating to say the least when you are wanting peace and quiet in your home. This is the only con that would cause me move from this apartment complex. read more

I have been living here for almost a year now. It is my first apartment and it had everything I needed when I first moved in. Washer and dryer included, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors (valet trash was a bonus!). The only cons I have are the size of the closet and bugs. I have had them come and exterminate but I'll see a random bug after. I don't cook or have dood our to attract them. I talked to another resident who said they have the same issue. The assistant manager Jessica has no respect for the residents and on multiple occasions has been completely rude when calling to ask very simple questions. One about a reserved parking issue that the second we spoke to her she had an attitude. We never had any issues until about the last year of living here. We noticed staff was changing and issues at the apartment were getting over looked. The cleanliness of the property started going downhill and we couldn't rely on any of the employees word to save our life. The parking garage lights were out for almost a MONTH. Totally unacceptable and did not feel safe after that. When I asked when it was going to be fixed I was told "work order is in and should be tomorrow"...3 weeks later it was resolved. Not to mention the amount of times the elevator would go out and we would be communicated with that it was working again and then sent emails that it wasn't. Communication about "Taco Truck coming for Taco Tuesday from this time to this time." My family and I showed up and nobody was there. It's just little things like that. Don't send out communication and not follow through. They did the same thing with a s'mores night. Sent out an email and multiple families show up to participate and no one from the office shows up. The fact that they took away the drop box outside of the door for you to pay rent or drop keys off is sketchy in itself. Hard to turn in keys/rent money when you are closed and there's nowhere to drop it off.. The amount of turnover in the 2 short years we lived there speaks for itself. I wanted to take the time to give Sierra Pines my thoughts on how the property has changed. Well let me start by saying that I love Sierra Pines. I moved here about two years and I love how everything has changed for the good! The new staff here is amazing and I love how the amenities have changed. The front office is very helpful and are willing to hear you out, especially Jayna. The maintenance staff are accessible and cooperative. The maintenance supervisor Jose is amazing! He does an exceptional job running this property. I renewed with a new lease to a 2 bedroom due to the amazing staff here at Olympus Sierra Pines. I will recommend this property to anyone I know. Great customer service from the front office to how responsive the maintenance team especially supervisor Jose working late to get things done for residents. On the other hand I want to say thank you to all the staff, without you guys this property would not run smoothly. read more
