    Back for an UPDATED REVIEW- 2 years later!!!…read more The Anytime Fitness at Farmington Hills location on 12 mile road owned & run by Matt is by far the BEST gym and best gym experience I've ever had. Even better than Lifetime Fitness. The level of support, accessibility, cleanliness, equipment, hours of operation, atmosphere and environment (I could go on and on) is extremely superb. I have lost over 100 lbs in the past year and I definitely attribute that to this gym and its facilities. I recommend to everyone I know, I've added my own family members and plan to add more when they move here, and I am so pleased with Matt and his team of trainers. Matt's professionalism yet welcoming manner really sets the tone for the whole gym. I was always looking for a gym where I didn't feel like I'm being watched, or waiting forever for machines, and a place that was NOT intimidating. This gym has all that and way more. If you want a life-changing experience, and to really achieve your fitness and lifestyle goals, you should seriously consider Anytime Fitness as your gym-home. This is my go-to place when I'm down and when I'm up! I always walk out feeling way better than when I came in.

The skill part (where kids get to focus on their favorite sport) is my son's favorite part, recognizing that the fitness part is building the foundation for growth in any sport. The staff wants committed athletes, so be prepared to have your kids work hard (while having fun). Redline truly wants to see the kids progress by recognizing and focusing on their opportunities. I love the benchmark testing every three months which highlights for the athletes' improvements as well as ongoing opportunities to get better. This is not a gym to pass time...this is an athletic center where your kids will get out of it what they put into it...which involves focus and hard work. I also cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the facility. I don't believe there has been a single day that we have attended where the staff was not disinfecting, vacuuming, etc. In addition, I love the lounge where I can sit and read/work while my child is working out, or simply drop-off and run errands. Finally, the flexibility in training (just show-up at any interval that works with your schedule) ensures we can find times that work each week. My child enjoys their workouts.
