Upon arriving to the gym coach Todd introduced himself and provided me an overview of the gym layout and equipment. The facility is extremely well kept, as is the equipment. I followed my own programming throughout the week but took note of the class programming and was very impressed with the format. I plan to jump in with the class on my next visit. I met several members of the community throughout the week and found everyone to be both pleasant and helpful. Overall a fantastic gym and community. It also does not hurt that it is collocated with a smoothie/juice bar. I definitely recommend those in the area drop-in, as I had a great experience.

If you are anything like me, you've thought about it forever but haven't made a move. Do it. I'm so glad I did. It's super helpful to have someone to motivate me and help me understand how to do certain exercises in the right way. The slightest adjustment in posture makes a massive difference in outcomes. My body has seen a hugeeeee difference since I have began. I noticed since Iv been coming to barre, I have been super toned and so defined, I love it! Super obsessed with the workouts, every class Barre has to offer is great! It's the small movements for me. You would have never thought using small movements would activate muscles you didn't even know existed!! Iv been doing Barre for about 8 months now, I started in February and I will not be leaving anytime soon! I go at least 3 times a week! All the instructors are amazing, MaryLiz is my favorite! And I have to say, I have knee and back pain but Barre workouts do NOT impact any of the problems Ive had, if anything it's helping my knees and back!! They then decided to tell us once we already wasted our time and gas that you have to be 18 years old to take the class. If there is an age limit that you have to meet that should be on the website so people don't waste time like we did.
