I'm currently living out of state but I wanted to send my grandma a "just because" gift. I…read moreremembered the wonderful customer service we experienced 3 years ago by this shop when my uncle Johnny passed away and I know my aunt Nancy still continues to come to this shop so there was no question where I would order flowers for my grandma from. They arrived the same day I ordered them, on a Saturday, and though I did not see the flower arrangement since I don't live there, I was told it was very beautiful. Thank you very much to the florists here! I fully intend to continue using this shop for future gifts for my family back home! The only disappointment is that the website is the typical generic florist website most florists use. I fully understand why you would use that and I know there is a "custom design" section but I was really hoping to find another site or Facebook page with posts of the custom arrangements and even the gifts they carry in the store. This is not a complaint by any means! I just know after being in the shop in the past, they have an amazing variety of gifts, especially razorback things! I may not have searched hard enough but I would love to see a site showing custom arrangements and some of the gifts they carry. I plan on having a custom razorback arrangement made for my aunt soon and I would love to see a few first to choose from but I will be okay with putting my trust in the florists here to do a great job.

Bursting with blooms, loads of buds, HEALTHY. It looks like they at the shop knew her and sent it from the shop, not some strangers voice on the phone. We were blown away and so very grateful for this place. You truly showed our love for our friend, and that is so special. Also, the price was awesome! We'd have paid double gotten junk in Little Rock.

Ouch!! My mom always preaches "buy local, buy local from the little man". I heard all the…read more1800flowers and pro flowers adds on the radio leading up to Valentine's Day. I walked in to the shop and was greeted by no less than three smiling employees. The gifts were all priced but the was not a list of Valentines specials. It came down to picking out which color roses you want and how many you want. Having never paid more than $36.00 a dz on "gouge days", I ordered a dozen to be delivered to my wife. Only after I said "I do" did I learn I was paying $75 a dozen, $10.00 for delivery and $8.00 in taxes for a grand total of $93.00. If I had not procrastinated, I could have ordered online and purchased 2 dozen for 61.99 plus shipping. The only upside is my wife likes them. I broke her rule about not spending more than $40 on something that ins going to die in 3 or 4 days. So far my only success with being able to buy local has been Daylight Donuts and Pizza Pro. Pizza Pro has since closed. Of course I buy from Walmart due to a lack of competition. As for flowers / roses in the future, I will go back to the Internet for offerings on living social and Groupon . The two star rating is due to my wife's report of an excellent delivery.

My experience with this florist was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The owner, had…read morevery poor communication, going 11 days without replying to multiple emails. See pictures below. When she finally did respond, she apologized and said she had been busy with funerals. If you're too busy to handle a wedding or any other orders, then you shouldn't take them on. We sent an inspirational photo, and what we received looked nothing like what was requested. The bouquet was poorly arranged, and looked like it was made with flowers you could buy at Dollar Tree. The quote for real florals was $405, and we ended up paying $376 for silk flowers... which weren't even full, had no realistic texture, and certainly didn't look or feel worth the price. I am confident I could have purchased better quality florals from Hobby Lobby. I had no problem with the price, I am happy to pay for quality work, which this was not. Initially the owner told me it could be finished early (Thursday). When I called on Wednesday to check the status, she hadn't even started it. My sister in law stopped by to pick up the bouquet and I was mortified by how it looked and my daughter hated it. Imagine HATING your bouquet? The focal point of the pictures. We asked for corrections on Friday, and Amber said she would reach out later. I went back 20 minutes before closing (we had not heard from Amber and it had been over 3 hours) to pick it up, and the adjustments still hadn't been made. As you can see in the collage picture, it is nothing like the inspiration picture and the colors were much more bold (happens with cheaper florals) instead of the muted colors we requested. She added way too many pampas and it was not cascading as requested. To make things worse, as I was leaving, the owner's husband made a condescending comment "Well you have a nice day" and one of her employees even confronted me in a very unprofessional manner, to which I did reply with a not-so-nice reply. I could have just left quietly, but this bouquet was supposed to be for the most memorable day for my daughter as she married her husband. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unnecessary during an already emotional wedding weekend. After everything, the owner texted my daughter's maid of honor (who previously worked for her, and she had ignored her messages requesting the bouquet pricing until I brought it up to her) admitting she had failed to communicate and failed us as a client. Unfortunately, that admission doesn't make up for the lack of professionalism, communication, and poor quality we experienced. The least she could have offered was a partial refund for the poor work that she did. Save your time, emotions, and money, and find another florist.
