The way I learned no single spice should dominate a product, but you create a flavor profile by blending. I make great Kielbasa myself, in my experience the main spices are garlic and marjoram. I don't have a clue of what they are using. We went to Meijer today for groceries and found several items reduced and on sale. Upon checkout we…read morewatched the register screen and all sale items scanned regular price. We had to tell the cashier the sale price which she changed until we came to the two three packs of Bud Ice that were on sale for 2.99 and scanned for 5.99. She had to call a manager over who said she couldnt change the price due to Ohio liquor laws. We took a picture of the sale tag with the item showing marked down and she still wouldnt change it so we left them there. Point of the story is please watch your grocery check out to make sure you arent being ripped off. Groceries are high enough and falsley advertising sale prices and trying to get away with the regular price is more corporate greed hoping us suckers just comply, roll over and fork it over. I was surprised to see they have a meat department that is manned by a butcher/attendant. Not a huge selection, but enough to have a great barbeque. They were well stocked with chips and soda. We stopped in for ice cream, and there was a decent selection of flavors. Service was efficient. They are trying to get people in, out and on their way. A sign on terminals indicates that the card readers are slow, but it wasn't that noticeable. Due to COVID-19 occupancy in the stote is limited. The store is requiring masks for employees and customers. Patrons must knock on the inside door to be let in. A parking lot is shared with a neighboring business. It provides ample parking for both businesses.
