What made this especially confusing is that I later found an older Yelp review from a client who described working directly with Timothy Kassouni on an appurtenant easement issue, including discussing different strategies and choosing a less expensive approach without immediately resorting to litigation. I understand that firms can change their practices over time, but I think the current website should make that limitation much clearer. I was also disappointed that the intake person was unable to suggest a referral to another attorney who might handle this kind of matter.
