So I said, ok... can I come in an hour later? She said that was not an option as she was busy the rest of the afternoon. She wanted to reschedule the appointment for the next day, which I refused (I work a full-time job), at that point she got frustrated with me and told me "She may be there at 4, but she'd have to call me back". At 3:30, I got a call from her telling me that she was not going to be there and that my options were to reschedule or to get my money back through Living Social. I chose the latter. The appointment that she canceled today had been made for 6 days and I had been attempting to make an appointment with her for at least a month.
