I was surprised, the kids willingly wanted to go to Coach Sean's class. They made good friends with the kids there, I've witnessed great progress with their BJJ techniques, I've seen their head coach's support for his team. Kola not only teaches the kids Jiu Jitsu but good values in life, good character, doing good things at home to help parents, doing good in school. I have been coming here with my son for 2 years now. The instructors truly do care for the kids (and adults). I have been to many martial arts schools over the years as a child and as an adult. The attention to safe training is always priority for Chris. After a time I was even able to return to training BJJ. The level of teaching is high. the head coach (Chris) is very experienced, as are assistant coaches who are active fighter. They regularly bring in world class veteran Thai fighters for seminars. The gym is very welcoming to newcomers and all types of people. It is always clean and the mats are disinfected multiply times a day and always before BJJ class which I appreciate. Overall I think this gym is great place to learn and train Muay Thai and BJJ for self defense and enjoyment.
