I was surprised, the kids willingly wanted to go to Coach Sean's class. They made good friends with the kids there, I've witnessed great progress with their BJJ techniques, I've seen their head coach's support for his team. The kids and adults compete on tournaments (if you are into competing) and they train you to win. I've tried their adults class too, and I am impressed how Coach Sean teach all the techniques and details. Definitely highly recommended! Their prices are reasonable too!

I have been taking Muay Thai class with coach Matheus and I was surprised at how great he is at teaching. I've learned so much that was never explored at my old gym. He was very understanding of my situation and helped ease me in, providing a very safe training environment and allowing me to go at my own pace. The attention to safe training is always priority for Chris. After a time I was even able to return to training BJJ. The level of teaching is high. the head coach (Chris) is very experienced, as are assistant coaches who are active fighter. They regularly bring in world class veteran Thai fighters for seminars. The gym is very welcoming to newcomers and all types of people. It is always clean and the mats are disinfected multiply times a day and always before BJJ class which I appreciate. Overall I think this gym is great place to learn and train Muay Thai and BJJ for self defense and enjoyment.
