They came and the project was difficult as my walls have no crawl space and they are plaster/lathe so they had to cut the walls. They cleaned up my HDMI/Ethernet wiring without me asking by running them through walls instead of the cord cover I was using. They had extra HDMI cable as mine was too short. After they finished they asked for less than 50 percent of what I expected the project to cost. I would recommend for any installation and just wished I contacted them sooner.

These are the guys to call!…read more I was hesitant about hiring a handyman because I had looked into so many different people and just wasn't sure who to go with. I'm SO glad I found Aloha Task. These guys can seriously do it all! There hasn't been anything I've asked them about that they didn't know how to handle. Electrical, plumbing, appliances, repairs, installations--you name it, they know how to do it. It's such a relief to finally find one team I can call for basically anything around my house. These are officially my guys! They show up on time, they're eager to work, their pricing is great, and they actually get things DONE. Make a list, give it to them, and within a few hours you'll be amazed at how much they accomplish. They installed my dishwasher, installed a ceiling fan, put up the outdoor lights on my house, fixed my whistling shower, went into my attic to fix my dryer vent, and investigated a weird noise coming from my toilet. My dishwasher also needed some extra work because of the height of my tile, and instead of just leaving it that way, they offered to come back with the right tools and fix the tile so the dishwasher can sit flush with my cabinets. They really go the extra mile to make sure things are done right. I'm only available certain days, and they worked around my schedule without a problem. Nico initially came out to assess everything, and Richard have been incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. I already have another list waiting for them when they come back! For a tile project, shouldn't there be an onsite evaluation to assess the work required? Moreover, if you had visited my location, I could have discussed two additional tasks that would significantly increase the scope and cost of the project to your advantage. In response to the owner, I did provide descriptions for additional projects in the original request. I was concerned about potential damage to the tiles that could require significant repairs. I have expressly said that I was willing to pay a premium for proper handling of the situation. When I mentioned those concerns, other providers did express a lot more caution about the tile situation and they came out to make sure it could be done. I understand that there's an opportunity cost to come out in person but I expected a premium service provider to be able to do so. That's simply not materialized.

Relative to other providers their communication was on point and did not need undue back and forth conversations or asks for me to call them etc. Scheduling was automated and the process was a breeze.
