I requested wiring and install of in-ceiling speakers and surround speakers. I provided all the equipment and wiring. We never discussed price at all. They came and the project was difficult as my walls have no crawl space and they are plaster/lathe so they had to cut the walls. They cleaned up my HDMI/Ethernet wiring without me asking by running them through walls instead of the cord cover I was using. They had extra HDMI cable as mine was too short. After they finished they asked for less than 50 percent of what I expected the project to cost. I would recommend for any installation and just wished I contacted them sooner. read more

In a word: GREAT. We bought a new place in December, which we first had to renovate. As renovations drew to a close in February, I needed to find a company to mount our three TV sets -- including our BIG 75" LG -- one in our master bedroom, one in a guest bedroom, and one over our fireplace. First to mount my TV in the living room and then a second time to install my sound bar and install another TV in my room. First time they came they noticed I had an overpriced mount from Best Buy. I've never had to utilize a tv mounting service or entertainment solutions business such as Visolution. Although I'm familiar with technology, I've always been a bare bones type of guy where I just purchase the television and place it on a television stand. When we moved into our home, the previous owner left the mounting bracket on one of the walls, so this was my opportunity to place a television onto a wall. Only one problem, the previous owner did not leave the hooks to attach a television to this wall mount, and secondly, the wall mount supported any television that was 50" or less. My telelvision was 55", so I had a dilemma. I pulled up my trusty Yelp app, looked up tv mounting service, and found the highest rated company: Visolution. I called Visolution and left a message about the type of service I needed. Within a reasonable time, Mike contacted me and was able to schedule someone to come out to my home to install my television the next day. Indicative of the type of quality customer service Visolution provides, Mike explained what his company could do for me based on my needs, provided solutions to my dilemma of not having the right wall mount for my tv by offering that his company will send a full service vehicle that will have anything I need such as a wall mount for my tv, and was so responsive to have someone out to the house rather quickly. My scheduled appointment for the technicians to arrive was 12pm, but a Visolution employee contacted me at approximately 11:30am and arrived 15 minutes earlier, which shows this company values promptness. Abe and Lucas arrived, placed on booties over their shoes to keep my floor clean, assessed what they needed for my project, and started working immediately. These guys are good. I found them to be honest, reliable, and smart. Abe came over to evaluate our AV system after we got a new TV. He quickly diagnosed our problems and explained a fix. He and Lucas returned to re-wire some speakers, update our receiver, and connect a news universal remote. Everything works better than ever. Several years ago we got connected with another company. I should have looked them up on yelp, since I now see that they are way down the list with 4 stars and only 14 reviews. Their main interest seemed to be to sell me something new every time they came out. Abe said we had a great receiver (the other company wanted to sell me a new one). Abe found that the additional speakers which the other company installed were not wired correctly. They now work much better. The remote that Abe sold me was about 1/2 the price of the other one and much easier to use. He even rewired our Wifi equipment to make it work better. I can't say enough about how good Visolution is. Our TV sound is much better, we can listen to Pandora throughout the house, and my wife does not get frustrated with the remote. All the team members(Eric, Abe, Lucas ) are extremely responsive and very accommodating to customer needs. They do not push you to buy equipment from them. However, I feel most of the architecture Speakers( in-wall/in-ceiling) Speakers are priced much lower than what you would buy outside, so it is an excellent choice to go with them. They do support different brands, but you need to check with them. I did buy Kef and Klipsh speakers from them and the speakers are amazing. Today I purchased in flat screen plasma tv at the Best Buy on sale. After I picked it up I thought about my need to have it mounted on the wall. Called up Visolution TV and they said they could send someone out within 30 minutes. I've had a prior experience with another tv installation company who had to schedule me in a few days later. When you buy a new plasma tv you want to use it right away, so there was no way I would wait. They arrived with with a staff of 2 and got at it right away. What I appreciated most is that they had a dropcloth to pick up the debris caused during the tv install. Another nice feature was that the tv installation staff offered to show me the functions of the tv wall mount they had just installed. Price was inexpensive compared to other tv installation places. Tab came out to under $300 with 3 sets of hdmi cables. Can't recommend their service enough, my home theater system is now complete and stealth. read more
