Absolutely FANTASTIC service and value. Steve did a tremendous job installing a difficult challenge. Only part of the studs behind the fireplace were there (they didn't go all the way down). However, Steve was ready with some special plastic fasteners that made it work like a charm anyhow. No "basic handyman" would ever have had these speciality parts. Steve at MV goes to 11. I rarely Yelp and write reviews even less but I just moved from West LA to SD and needed a 77" TV mounted. I had AI do a search on TV mounting and then cross referenced on Yelp. Not only did MV have the best rating out of the bunch and with the most reviews, they were the least expensive by far (as in Steve needs to raise his rates). Great communication and fast response. This is all he does and it showed. Steve moved quickly but with confidence. This is in addition to having to deal with my professional-grade mount I bought through my workplace.
