I got a deal that I found online for one of their best packages (it was over $150). That included a…read morecomplete exterior and interior clean, with clay bar treatment. I dropped my car off early in the morning and gave them the day to do it. I did a walk around myself and found dirt streaks all around the exterior. Also the window jams were not cleaned at all. Additionally, I have to ask them for my floor mats back (they forgot to put them back in!). I drove back pretty floored and decided to have a more thorough in-depth look of how they did. The stains on the seats were still visible and the floors were still caked on with salt. The rust stains were still visible on the doors which were suppose to be removed by the clay bar treatment. I sent the owner an email and he apologized, stating it was the fault of an employee who has been an issue for awhile. He offered a refund and to redo the areas under his supervision. Even after he supervised, the door/window jams were still dirty and the carpet still had salt on it. I expected it to be completely clean but even after the second go around it was still dirty. I'll need to go elsewhere to have the salt stains removed.

They offer waxing, but I have not yet tried it. Speedy is a car wash, not a detailing shop. While they do an excellent job of washing and cleaning at a very affordable price (less than $35 after tax for both interior and exterior), it should not be fair to compare them to full detailing shop charging several times as much. When I returned to the store and ask for the pin, I was told the hitch does not come with it, they do not have it in stock and they don't sell it. Corey told me to go to Canadian Tire. All this with a rude attitude. Fortunately, a mechanic overheard the conversation and moments later showed up with a pin made for the hitch and the perfect size. Then they charged me $15 for the pin. I decided to get a second opinion from another garage and the transmission was fixed for 1K. Happy to report the car is running great. Not impressed with Midas!
