I am a bit disappointed that some customers have posted bad reviews. This place does not deserve them. There are a 1000 happy customers who may have had good service and say nothing but the 10 who might not have been happy go and post a bad review. This is not fair for the owner of the company. If you have issues talk to the owner. She is right there. Be considerate before posting something that affects the livelihood of the owner.

Our installer arrived right on time, was very professional and did a great job installing our tires to the manufacturer's specifications (he even noted that we need an alignment done based on the way our tires were wearing). It felt very luxurious to not have to leave the house or load our tires in the trunk and wait for hours at the dealership to have the tire change done. If only everything in life could be this easy!

I was particularly impressed with them on my last visit to replace my tires because as I was driving to the shop my SECOND tire fell off the rim a couple kilometres away. I was stranded on the road without a spare tire but they saved the day! In a matter of 15 minutes they sent out two employees who put on a new tire on the side of the road so that I was able to drive to the shop and get the other 3 put on . All at NO EXTRA charge, NO hassle and a smile. That's what I call service. Thanks!

Very skilled mechanic, no denying that.....and he may give you a seemingly good deal from time to…read moretime but BEWARE or he WILL take you to the cleaners....while he works on your vehicle DO NOT TURN YOUR BACK.... last time i saw him i gave him ball joints for BOTH front tires.... i went in the house while he worked, and days later i notice only one side finished and my parts were history.....a short time afterwards my front passenger tire fell off in the trainyard parking lot!!!!.... on top of that, he waited until he finished working to tell me that his rate went up 25%....not before the job but after.... just be CAREFUL FOLKS!... this guy thinks he's slick!!... one last thing...he changed my timing belt and i noticed ' extra' nuts and bolts after the job was 'done'... right in front of me this guy does a ' slight of hand' maneuver and made my extra parts disappear!!!! CAUTION

One noise was their fault and strangely, the other was just a "coincidence" (for a price of 1500 dols + taxes). 2 days later, I see by chance that the rear stop lights don't work. Spent an afternoon trying to find out why. Finally went to the dealership where we'd bought the car. The bulb installed by the garage is a bad one and is the cause of the headlight problems. A new cost at the garage and a 3rd day lost. We'll never go back to auto '' pro ''.

I have read too many horror stories about oil change shops forgetting to tighten the drain nuts, etc., but the positive reviews for GCOC gave me confidence. The reviews proved to be accurate. Friendly, efficient, thorough service....and very quick. Also the cost was reasonable. I'll be back.
