I never heard back and called another company for a quote as I don't think that hiring someone you have to chase down to do work is reliable. Almost a year later, I start getting phone calls and text messages demanding payment for work, threatening to show up at my door and asking when I am going to be home to collect payment. I had completely forgotten who this even was because it has been so long. I asked what work they had done and what I was supposed to "pay" for. I asked them to please mail me a bill as I also thought this was a phone scam. They said I needed to pay for the mold inspection report and then also said there was no mold. I had never received a report, I had never received a bill, and asked for them to mail me the "bill" with the report so that I can actually see and receive what I am being charged for and so I knew this was in fact a legitimate company and isn't a scam as the phone number texting me was unknown and I had never communicated with that number. They texted me a file that I could not open and so I asked again for them to mail me a bill and stated that I would like the report they said they are charging me for. A month goes by and I still have not received the report in the mail and they start texting again demanding payment for something I never received. I ask again for them to send me the report, they state that they mailed it with the bill which they absolutely did not. I had received a one page bill with no inspection report. I asked again for a copy as when you are asking for hundreds of dollars for something, you should actually get it before payment especially when the company has been this terrible, lying about mailing a report and never even giving me a call after they come out until a year later demanding money for something I never got. In the end they ended up texting me pictures of a report. I would never hire this company due to their horrible customer service, lying about mailing a report, and never following up about the work, but a year later text demands for money for a report they never even printed out for me. They stated they e-mailed it to my e-mail, but I had nothing in my e-mail and if it went to spam it deletes after 30 days, hence why I asked for a copy. Asking them to actually just send a copy in the mail was too much work for them and never happened, but they still charged me hundreds of dollars for the report.

It was for two rooms one was carpeted and I had asked if they could just do a quick steam clean so taking off the steam clean the job would be $300 for a bathroom and a bedroom. They gave me an arrival window of about an hour. They arrived two hours after the end of that window. There was also a mixup of the address which was not the reason why they were late. The cleaner stayed for one hour and 15 minutes and left before the job was completed so we waited for three hours to have them come and leave within an hour. I spoke with a gentleman that manages the services. I explained to him my dissatisfaction. I was trying to be gracious. They asked if they could try again I said yes. They gave me a window of 1/2 hour for the next day. When they did not arrive within that window, we waited another 30 minutes. At that time I received a text message saying they would be there within 60 minutes. I asked them to please cancel the job and return my deposit. I received a call from the business telling me that they could not return my deposit so I spent $90 for one hour of cleaning and they didn't leave the rooms clean. I'm out $90 and two dirty rooms.
