We walked from our home to dinner and decided to get a ride back via taxi. We waited outside and…read morewhen the taxi pulled up we jumped in the back. We shared we wanted to be dropped off 1.3 miles away and gave the address so we could get a few items. . The man started driving and said it would be 40.00! We immediately were upset. When we got to the drop off location he stated it would be 45.00 if we used a card so we had to go in and get cash. He was given the cash and we shared our concern of the cost. He shared it was so much because he had to wait? Huh? My husband was very upset and the man then kept saying why don't you hit me over and over. My husband said I'm not going to hit you and asked information about the company so we could file a complaint. He told my husband it was none of his business. What happened to customer service and why are you trying to rob people? Just a horrible person and I am contacting every business in our town to share our experience.
