A 5 star experience. I've walked past "Rung Thep" (means Bangkok) many times but opted for other local restaurants. I guess it was time. We stopped out the front just to 'peruse' the menu and were probably going to look at some others when a middle aged waiter walked outside and suggested to us it was way too cold outside to read the menu and we should try it from the inside. We value great service so that was enough for us to decide.
We were after something quick and time-efficient so while we ordered some wine a quick menu perusal suggested there were plenty of suitable options. Our friendly and capable waiter suggested an Enoki mushroom tempura entrée and we ordered some Crying Tiger beef with nam jim sauce and Thai spice buffalo wings along with that. All three dished were authentic and flavoursome, cooked just right, and a delight to eat. All the customers looked satisfied and the atmosphere was lovely. I would rate the food and service as very high and will most certainly be back to work through their menu. read more
