I have visited this location 2x for my color boost appointments for my microblade. Meghann has done…read moreboth appointments, although she was not the one who did my original microblade. Making an appointment is pretty straightforward, but the one thing i appreciate is the reminder text messages that get sent. For a busy mom, these are a life saver... especially when I forget which location my appointment is at! The Celadon location is much smaller than the downtown location but SO cute. The last area is semi private and the microblade room is private. I have always found them to be very clean and sanitary and have had no concerns with that! As for my microblading experience, I can't say enough good thinks about S&P and Meghann! You can tell by the amount of mapping & measuring they do before they even start the process, they are good at what they do and they have been trained professionally! They don't just ANYONE microblade! I love that you can go on their website and see your artist's work on their profiles, too. The process is extremely smooth and they make sure you love the shape before they even think about microblading. They use high quality equipment and pigments. I also appreciate how they change and update as newer and better equipment or procedures come along. You always leave with a bag full of everything you'll need for your aftercare. I appreciate that you don't have to go out and purchase anything on your own! Also, whenever I have had a question before or after my procedure, the entire staff is very willing to help. I have loved my initial microblade and both my color boosts. I always feel like my concerns and my wants are addressed and I leave feeling very happy with the outcome and confident in my aftercare instructions. My healing has always been very easy and uneventful. Whenever someone asks me where I get my eyebrows done I am always happy to share S&P and I will continue to go back for my color boosts!

I paid, tipped, and decided not to return. I chalked it up to a bad experience and figured I'd find another place in town I liked. A few months later, I received a call from the owner telling me the masseuse who worked on me was no longer there and they were inviting clients back to see how much better the new masseuse was. I think throwing a former employee under the bus is pretty poor form but that isn't the reason I declined to come back. I just didn't want to spend money at a place that had already disappointed me. Since then, they've subscribed me to their text messages without my consent. I've unsubscribed multiple times and about every six months, new text messages arrive. The same goes for their email. I have unsubscribed multiple times and finally emailed directly last week to ask them to please remove me from their list. Yesterday, they sent me ANOTHER email from their list. They clearly don't care about spamming people and retain client information that they shouldn't. This is just bad business and highly unprofessional. I highly recommend you go anywhere other than Beaubien for a massage.

Not only is she detail oriented and friendly, but she is also knowledgeable of the products she uses on all clients. I think this speaks volumes to the spa because if my nail tech can speak about the product it makes me more comfortable about what is being put onto my body. The physical space is well kept and clean, and I have not felt worried about catching a foot fungus from the tubs (I know that's a thing at other spaces). The only downside is scheduling, I feel like Design One is a bit understaffed unfortunately, so getting in can be a challenge. I always try to book far in advance to make sure I get what I need. Although, I know they do sometimes have walk in appointments. Other services offered here include hair cuts, make up, and massages. I have not gotten my hair or make up done here, but I have gotten a few massages. The spa portion is very calm, and I think they do a decent job with the services. There is nobody The lash lift + tint service is perfect for those phases when I don't want to have to wear eye makeup but don't want the commitment of lash extensions. Jenna does some type of black magic - the lift looks so beautiful for long past the 8 weeks it should. My lashes always look so long and I've had many with no damage to my natural lashes. Jenna is equally as talented at lash extensions - as my style has changed throughout the years, she's changed up my lash sets from dramatic doll eyes, to long wispy cat eyes, trendy wet sets, and even switching up the color of the extensions to suit my hair color and tan (or complete lack of tan).
