Frank is a true pool expert. I highly recommend this firm. I decided to do my own pool service after having some trouble with another firm (not Frank's firm). I called Frank for some hands-on learning (better than youtube or my pool book). It was money well spent! He fully revamped my service process. I learned a lot and ended up working less hard and getting better results. I still have some high chlorine problems, but that's due to my laziness, not Frank's instructions. I also hire him for stuff I can't handle or don't know about and he's been great. I hired Frank to install a pump. Most pool service providers won't install a pump you buy yourself or if they do, they charge an unreasonable rate. Frank installed the pump at a more than reasonable cost and even changed some of the plumbing to make it more efficient. He also took the time to look up the programming instructions on the manufacture's website so he could show me how to program it (it's not one of the big three brands). He was especially highly touted by a local realtor, whom uses Frank's services frequently and refers him to her new buyers. Although I service my own pool, I needed a new filter and pump seal kit installed. Frank was prompt in returning my call and highly knowledgeable about the work I was looking to have done. He arrived at the time scheduled in full protective gear due to the current climate. The job was completed in a timely fashion with particular attention paid to details (ie no leaks, strange sounds, etc.). Frank has been servincibg our pool for many years. He is always on time and he is always thorough. He never skimps on details and service. And he does much more than just cleaning pools. A couple years ago our pool equipment (motor and filter) were on their last legs. Frank pointed this out to us and said that we needed to replace it. We asked him if he could recommend someone and he said 'I can do it.' He gave us a written estimate and we hired him for the job, which he completed promptly and professionally. After an extensive patio remodel last November by a general contractor, some pool tiles were broken and debris went into the pool. Because the patio was new, we felt the pool needed a facelift. We hired Frank to re-tile and acid wash the plaster. (He can also do replaster and pebbletec but our plaster was in good shape so we did an acid wash).
