Where to start...and I'll try not to make it personal. I chose this guy over a few others because he was $10 less than the others and reviews on Yelp. I should have paid the extra $10 and I now suspect he wrote the reviews. I had algae in the pool, that's why I hired this guy. 3 weeks later I STILL have algae in the pool. He says he needed to add Tri-chlor and would come out the following Monday...you think he showed up? Nope. He NEVER showed up when he said he would (late) and always had an excuse. We agreed on Friday for service and he called about 30 min ago TODAY saying he'd be this weekend. I told him he didn't EVER need to come back. He showed up last Friday with a "helper". I watched on surveillance while the helper was videoing the windows and doors at the rear of my house! I confront the "helper" and he waited for Tony in the truck. I told and POINTED out the old and new algae. He said he'd BEEN putting Tri-chlor in the pool! (Insert pants on fire emoji here!) He is NOT dependable. He is NOT honest. He does NOT provide a good service. Watch him and check your levels. You may not be getting what you pay for...or maybe I'm just special (Insert sarcastic face emoji here.) read more

I called this poor man in the midst of a hunt for someone who stole from my family and he was so very helpful in trying to locate this person and bring her to justice. I had hired Halls pool service when I bought my house to service my pool. Halls showed up and made my pool greener than it already was, it had algae all over the place and they burnt my pool pump down and didnt even say nothing. I had the very pleasant experience of meeting Tony Opela the owner of this pool supply company. I had mentioned to a work partner of mine that I had a horrible experience with " Hall Pool Supply" and that I had spent almost $2,000.00 dollars on them and my pool never got cleaned. My partner gave me Tony's number so that I could call him and have him come over to see what he could do for me. Tony came over immediately and told me that he would have to drain the pool water because the ph and chlorine levels were crazy high. I told Tony to do what he had to do but to please clean my pool. The pool was drained as advised and new chemicals were put in as planned. Tony has been cleaning my pool now for about a month and it's crystal clear. I am amazed at how clear my pool is " WOW " is the only word I can come up with to define Tony's awesome work. I recommend Tony's company to everybody that has a pool. after calling VARIOUS pool service co. I Googled again and called here. It was around 10 am and Tony the gentleman who answered which is also the owner took the time to hear me out.. we are first pool time owners and well know NOTHING about pools. on the first call Tony was kind enough to say he could come out same day. we were dealing with a cloudy pool... we set up a time for him to come around 6'ish and i completely forgot to send my address right away.. i called at 7 pm and apologized in forgetting... DESPITE him being across town on Gosford and me in the NE he said answered... he'd be on his way... (who does that??) ill tell you who.. people that Genuinely care about their customers. he arrived with such great attitude! began explaining and revised our equipment and did advise in looking into changing it since the sand system was quite old... (scary we JUST moved in) .... we explained our concerns and and answered at no hesitation. we went ahead and let him know we would try our home warranty since it should atleast cover something right??? he agreed and said he'd check up on us Monday... he shot the pool with some chlorine... and well as it should have helped it didn't... we ended spending more $$ in hopes Leslie's pool would help since they had been supplying previous owner.. the waters PH water all that was on the dot.. BUT that water YUCK... Monday rolled around home warranty sent someone... and well they said the EXACT same thing yet... 1.for what tony suggested we do they wanted to charge double. AND they claimed that changing my system that and i quote.. "its very old about the least 15 years" had "nothing" to do with my water clairity.... and didn't see a "problem" (BIG company i must add) spoke to home warranty same day...they said "sorry we cant help its a pre- excisting condition... i was so mad that they took our money and were not gonna help cause even thought the home warranty person assured me it'd be something they would cover... i called Tony around 3pm and i asked him to please change out our system for a DE... he said sure thing tomorrow morning...GUESS WHAT?!?! Super Pool Man and called right back and said.. i got your new equipment and we will change it as soon as im done with my last pool today... !!!!... again! ABOVE AND BEYOND.. they must have started around 5:30 pm and finished at around 8:30 pm and by morning my pool was crystal clear!!!! DO NOT HESITATE IN CALLING TONY... as a business owner myself.. i cant say enough good things about his services and above that his NOW moment... we appreciate someone that is willing to make it happen NOW not later... and that's TONY!
