I was contacted shortly thereafter by Alex from Cisnes who said he could help me. He wanted to come by to see pond. He came the next day for a thorough look over and said he did not think the liner was the problem but he would need to do a more indepth check. We discussed cost and exactly what would be done. I agreed to cost and procedure. Alex and his crew (2 men) came the next day and began the investigation immediately checking water lines in and out of pond but did not find a leak. Next they checked the waterfall and there was the leak. The leak was repaired in short time and the area around pond was returned to how it was found. Alex is easy to work with as is his crew. I am very happy with the finished job and plan to hire Alex again in the near future for Landscaping work.

They left several large chunks of trunk (2 1/2 feet by 4' long) and said their saw chain broke but "don't worry they'll be back". They are still there. The biggest. most damaging problem is that instead of removing the fallen tree, they dumped a huge pile of trunk sections down an embankment at the rear of my property, then hid them with leafy branches. Joe took 3 weeks to return my call, and 2 months to come out and look at the problem. When he came out he said he didn't know what to do, but he'd call a guy. He came out with the guy, but they've never been back. He got sick. He got hurt. He was in rehab. Now, Joe does not seem to have a physical address where he can be reached, as my lawyer has tried.
