He thoroughly inspected the tree and assured me that it wasn't in imminent danger of falling over. That night he sent over a quote that was substantially lower than I had feared it would. He scheduled the job for the weekend, showed up on time, and just worked solidly until the job was done. Pretty much a flawless transaction. We'll use him again for sure.

They also were the only contractor who did not come do a site survey before giving me a quote, which led to a logistical issue of where to stage the bucket lift and needing to drive the large truck in between our fence posts. I did explicitly say we were planning on replacing the fence, so I am not particularly upset, but I have to mention on this review that he bent our fence post with the truck and did not mention it to us. Imo, just a few avoidable logistical issues. Great tree service? Yes, absolutely. Good work and good value. Professional conduct? I'm sorry to say could be better.

This time the call service told my husband the arborist would call him back to discuss what we felt wasn't done. Never heard from them again. Except via email to repost the invoice to get paid. Won't be using them again. After posting this review on Google reviews they contacted us multiple times. My husband had already spent two full days cleaning up their mess. They should have contacted us back when we had called repeatedly not when they saw the review. That is not how it should work!
