Before Celina and her crew cleaned my mom's house, the real estate agent appraised the house at $125k. After, it was $175k and we sold it for even higher. Celina was also the highlight of the experience, as she was the easiest and most reliable contractor we worked with on the project. A few weeks after the work was finished we realized that the crew punctured a water line that had slowly leaked between walls and under floor. We now have mold growth in our walls and on our floors. We have holes in our wall and our water has been turned off for nearly 24 hours and STILL have been given no solutions.
