I don't think they advertise because it's all word of mouth or people like us who see first hand. They would inundated if they advertised and it wouldn't leave them time for selling tyres and rims, which they also do. All the best brands of tyres and rims. They do not belong to any group, they are completely independent of anybody else. My son and I both had our cars serviced there on a regular basis and we were always happy.
