We wanted the commercial instead but decided to go along with Mike Jensen The Director of Sales..idea of just going on the Air. All paper work filled out to do so. Our Dj and Representatives were scheduled to appear on friday night to go on air about all the events that were hosting for teens of the community of Las Cruces. After all of the paper work was filled out and completed. All schedules of my employees were rearranged to meet the scheduled radio interview. Mike Jensen who again is the Director of Sales states that his BOSS OVERWROTE HIM..And now we have to pay between 500 to 600 for the radio interview. Look we just wanted a commercial your sales tactics are horrible. You use the bait and switch technique. Money was not set aside for the radio interview. Look we just wanted a commercial. Now due to your waste of our time. Now we have no commercial nor an over the radio interview. The event were holding for the Teens is this week Sunday December 18,2016. Businesses beware. Teens Beware Hot 103 is a rip off when it comes to business Ethics. Unprofessional company. Mike Jensen Honesty will get you everywhere. Your Company wasted our Companies Time. Not good for the community or the Teens!! Then we get an email please see attachment. Then an Aaron calls stating why would they want to promote a teen jam. And refused to provide his last name as to who he is all he said was that he was the General Manager. Well Aaron this is why you would promote a teen jam. Why because they are our future. THey are your listeners...Who is this General Manager? WHo is The owner. Im going to find out if this station is under clear radio...Aaron and Mike you both need to be fired you do not represent the community nor our younger generation. And has a dirty mouth when speaking to women..Aaron needs to be fired. Most of this stations listeners are our teens.. Why would you not promote anything dealing with teens...Social Media here we come to display this review to over 100s of thousands of people..This station is a joke and the GM is unprofessional when it comes to business and the community. Aaron get help!!! Were contacting all print media,social media and other radio outlets to speak on this matter as to Hot 103 stating "why would we do anything for teens!" wow The answer to your statement. Is Because Teens are the future and your listeners..OMG!!! No wonder this Radio station cant get their accreditation by the BBB...
