It turns out Raffel and crew incorrectly installed some vinyl siding panels. No space was left between some windows and panels and nails were not correctly fastened. In fact, one piece of siding wasn't even nailed!!!! Totally insane. On top of it all, they didn't flash my chimney. There are far too many roofing and siding people who won't cut corners like Raffel did. They are extremely poor value, dishonest and not trustworthy. I happened to catch their crooked work.

Mr Lema came that very evening, climbed up to the roof, gave his estimate and had his samples all ready to show. I called a few days later, in the afternoon, to tell him that we are going to sign with him and again he came that night. Materials were delivered the NEXT day and the work done the following. His workers, including himself, were professional and did an excellent job. The clean- up was spotless - even had some kind of a magnetic contraption that looked like a vacuum to pick up any nails. This was not a California closet type of project. It is functional and has plenty of room to store everything from every day pots and pans to "used only for holidays" china. While they were working outside, I suggested that the old brick and wood back stoop probably should be replaced. They added that to the contract and now we have a gorgeous landing made with mahogany, much more attractive. It was wonderful to find a local company that was responsible, pleasant and thorough.

They asked me to send pictures of the rooftop and ideas about what I want done. I did so immediately. Two days later, the owner called me and said he will "email some quotes shortly". That never happened. I have been calling their office daily for the past 4 days and getting the same response "I'll leave your information on his desk" and not getting any response at all. I ultimately canceled my request for a quote. You DON'T want a company like this doing any kind of work for your home. Because if something goes wrong, you will not be able to get any response from them.

They are professional, reliable, and know their stuff. They advised us about the particular challenges plants face high above the ground and suggested suitable plants. They planted golden bamboos; two gorgeous Japanese maples; and teak planters full of of Butterfly bushes, Knockout Roses, Potato Vines and other flowering bushes. They also installed an automatic irrigation system and lighting. For the spring they planted Tulip bulbs. Their monthly maintenance services are top notch. The staff have been consistently terrific to deal with. We are very satisfied and would recommend ADO to anyone. .

STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!!! This company used unqualified, unskilled laborers instead of professionals…read morethat we were promised. Owner Michael Latona is a sweet talker who will promise you the remodel of your dreams. In our case, he took a total of more than $39,000 and left us with a a gutted bathroom and bedroom, electric not to code, confusing and sloppy plumbing, damage to property and the exterior of our home and destroyed all of the floor joists in my master bathroom, left debris all over our yard, completing only a small wooden wall in a different room, and walked off with more than a $20,000 payment, refusing to return our money and unable to provide professional labor. A worker even spit on our bedroom floor! Pricing is significantly above industry standard (quoted $10,000 labor only cost for tile installation in a 9x9 bathroom). He will tell you everything you want to hear then give you the exact opposite. He was even given an opportunity to resolve (return money and move on) and chose to keep our money and take matters to this level. Consumer affairs has charges pending and a lawsuit is also pending. Please be aware that he will lie to any and all parties involved and even will badmouth customers to other customers! On one website he claims he has been in business for 15 years, but Michael is 30 years old.....???? He violates county licensing laws and does not carry workers comp as required, so you cannot even get a permit using this company. I am not sure how this company is in business and I imagine they will not be licensed very much longer. Find yourself a legitimate contractor.
