Abe from Lifta came out and gave an honest assessment of my garage floor fix and proposed many options and color schemes to fit my requirements. He promptly gave me a quote the next day scheduled start date on the same week. The Lifta Epoxy Flooring team arrived on time and with proper face coverings and started work on the floor. They properly prepare the floor which requires a complete sanding of the surface and repairing cracks before you can start applying layers. While his team worked he displayed real examples of all the endless textures and colors that can be applied. I took the silver base with gray swirls and metallic sparkles. The job took a total of three days (part-time) as each layer of coating (Adhesion, base, swirl, clear coat layer) needs ample time to dry and cure. In the end, the epoxy flooring looks amazing and I'm so happy with this work knowing it's also going to be a great investment into the value of my property.

We were frequently met with assurances that work would be finished "tomorrow" - commitments rarely kept, and a job culminating in shoddy finishing and a general lack of attention to detail, and an interminably incomplete punchlist. More concerning was the breakdown in professional standards. CCSC did work without approval, by either the architect or the client, including the installation of expensive equipment we explicitly didn't want - followed by an aggressive and unprofessional attitude and refusal to remove it, when we objected. By the end of the project, we didn't even want the myriad remaining issues fixed; we simply wanted the team out of our house. Their presence, coupled with the constant broken promises, were a tax on our peace of mind. If you value clear communication, adherence to a schedule, and a contractor who respects your vision, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

On top of that, since this will be our last home, CCSC was tasked to make our dreams come true. This is our retirement phase, and we are so pleased with the finished product. The apartment is luxurious because of the plaster wall finish and their custom millwork! As CCSC owns their own millwork facility the milled doors and cabinets are stunningly substantial and up-scale in quality. A modern - old-world charm! CCS is very responsive and passionate about their work. Our assigned crew were master craftsmen and so caring about doing it correctly. We are very happy, and we have received so many compliments. If thinking of renovating CCSC was professional, skilled, efficient, and will work with you to create the living space of your dreams.

We signed a contract in late January 2019, and work was not done until the end of September 2019. The delays were all on Ofir. He used our job as a fill-in between other jobs, even though he promised it would receive his undivided attention. At one point in time he lost his entire crew. He was a two person operation for most of the time. The person working for him bad-mouthed the work he did. The place was always left a complete mess. He was never on-site to supervise his flunkies. So many things had to be done twice or even three times. Garbage was piled in every room and outside as well. It never seemed to be removed! Ofir was rude in his responses to our e-mails. One time he told me to wait until he was finished to complain. He left a expletive-laden voice mail on my husbands phone. Unless you want sloppy workmanship and endless delays, don't even think about using OM Construction.
