The store is quite clean and aesthetically pleasing. Ordering was easy and can be done at the kiosk or with one of the workers. I started at the kiosk but I couldn't request to have an ingredient removed so I went to the cashiers. Drinks are easily modified (at least with what I ordered). We ordered a s'mores tea 25% no graham cracker and a matcha banana pudding 25% no wafer. I personally didn't try the s'mores but was told it was great. The matcha banana pudding was delicious and really surprised us. Once stirred it was the perfect sweetness at 25%. We will definitely stop by again when in the area. read more

As Spotsylvania/ Southpoint has continued to grow, it's bringing new opportunities for cafes and restaurants into our area. It really beats driving further north in order to experience the best well Ku Tea fits that category. It's located in a strip mall with other businesses. They offer a wide range of variety of unique beverages such as fruit tea, milk tea, slushy, smoothies, bingsu, yogurt tea, coffees, some bakery items, and you can also chose to create your own. I try their lychee pineapple slushy and strawberry bingsu. They were both delicious and refreshing. The service I received was excellent, all staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. The cafe was spacious with seatings, some decors on the wall, playful claw machines and what appears to look like an olive tree in the middle of the floor. The atmosphere was comfortable, relaxed and vibrant. I will make another visit to try more items on their menu. read more

I love a good bubble tea location. My niece and I were craving a sweet tea. We decided to stop at Ku-tea. This location has plenty of parking spots to stop for your bubble tea fix. At this location, when you walk in everything is cute and fun. My niece and I decided to order the brown sugar milk tea and mango smoothie with mango popping boba! 10/10 They offer sweet bakery goods as well. Also fun boards games and crane games for an extra charge. The cafe is big and open for studying as well. Overall I would recommend coming here for your bubble tea fix read more

This place has what seems like an abundant amount of choices and easy ways to customize your drinks. It felt like the first time I went into a Starbucks. I love that they have pictures of many of the drinks. I can't handle too much customization and choices. I guess I could if I went to a spot many times. I look forward to coming back. We come here all the time but I thought I would give a update on them. They are still Awesome. My son tried the caramel chi pumpkin cloud which he says is the best drink he has had here. I ordered the green apple slushy which is delicious and my daughter ordered the banana pudding croffle which she enjoyed a lot . I like that you can put how much sweetness you can put in your drink. The staff is still very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. A great place to have a great drink and relax. read more

interesting matcha...... I go bananas for banana pudding flavor anything...maybe not mustard....Banana pudding is the one I tried and I well...ok. I was expecting the flavors of banana pudding to be in the drink right....why did it seem like there was a scoop of banana pudding in the bottom--like whipped cream niller wafers and all....ice, milk, and matcha on top....every sip was chunky and grainy..just no thank u...I can drink gelatin if I wante d that. Sigh...maybe I just need to try another drink....ok I will give it another go in 7 weeks tops if I can handle that. This was our first time visiting one of these locations. They have lots of options, but it's honestly not my "cup o' tea". Too sweet, too artificial tasting. My Boba was stuck at the bottom of my cup, and I couldn't drink more than half what I was served. Maybe it was what I chose to order, but due to the unpleasant flavor, I don't think I'd give it a second try. I will stick with traditional bubble tea. read more

So far I have tried the Vietnamese coffee, strawberry matcha latte, Taro smoothie and the strawberry bingsu. Everything has been wonderful and I enjoy going in to try new things. The service is fast, and the shop is clean with cute decor and ample seating. I appreciate that you can order at the counter or with a kiosk. BUT. We have been here four times and tried multiple drinks (fruit/milk teas, slushies), and two of those times the tea has been FAR too sweet. The first time it was bad was near opening day, so we figured it was just growing pains (especially when the second and third times were OK). However, this most recent trip (around 7:30 PM today), the tea was so sugary it was actually undrinkable. The milk tea we ordered was practically white from all of the excess creamer in it too, instead of the tan color one would normally expect. There is NO option to specify sweetness level in the menu, so I can only assume that the quality of your drink heavily depends on who is working that day. (Purchased the same drink on a day when the tea was bad and on a day where the tea was fine, and it's a VERY noticeable gap in sweetness, not something small) read more
