Was he fired? he's been there forever!! Doesn't that account for anything !!!! One of the reasons why I liked watching KPRC was because of Owen (early morning news) he was funny, upbeat ,lighthearted Which made for a great start of my day before work He's gone just like that no explanation !!' that shows you don't care about your viewers who watch certain news because they like the anchors !!! You just lost a viewing customer.!!! I see favoritism on placing outside reporters on the anchor desk! I noticed they're putting newer staff rather than long-term staff on the anchor desk, which of course makes them just go somewhere else to work. When are you watching it in the next day you have different staff !!! Rochelle Turner has been there for a long time. why can't she have a shot at the anchor-desk? I noticed a while back there was a outside reporter put on the anchor desk who had been with KPRC a short time.He lasted a couple of months and then he's gone ! I believe it was office culture that made him leave!!! Also, I read Daniella Guzman is taking owens place!! I do not like this woman. She came in-took the anchor slot above other anchors and she's been moved around so much probably because of her personality. The Houston affiliate is muy especial- they have a big skyscraper as a monument to Spanish broadcasting! You gotta love the telenovelas- they're mejor. Regina del Sur, El Senor de Cielo- all are very entertaining. You gotta tune in- and the advertisements on here seem to have more life to them than a lot of the English affilate stations. The news here is good- and the weather is always on key! Gotta love the weather lady for Telemundo! The programming on this station is always a good time. Be sure to tune in! It's in the UHF frequency band!
