Customer service was great and the pick-up was also very easy. I even purchased an extra treat to-go on arrival. The cake was nice and moist and the decorations were awesome. The red velvet balanced well with the cream cheese filling. Birthday girl said it was perfect! The bakery shop itself is super cute on the inside. Nice display with a few treats for onsite purchase. There are even vegan options and a small seating area if you prefer to enjoy coffee and a treat onsite. I will definitely use them again for additional desserts on my return to Playa Del Carmen.

In between dives, we went and got ourselves a chocolate loaf and some coffee. It was the perfect sweet treat and pick me up to keep us going for the next dive. The lovely ladies running the counter were fantastic and gave us their recommendations and helpfully told us that they will be closed over the weekend because they're expanding! But that gave me the next day to go back for more. For my second visit, we indulged in a fresh baked apple pie (absolutely to die for) and a platano loaf. Both were excellent! I also ordered a slice of the hazelnut cake, a slice of the maracuya loaf and the brownie. All of the pastries I took to go were incredible.
