Although Lori was great to work with, the service that was provided to me by the flooring people was horrible. They laid flooring down over metal pieces and left gaps around the cabinets in the kitchen. They also left gaps around my water heater in the bathroom and didn't secure the flooring under my stackable washer and dryer so it caved the flooring in once they were put back into place. It was awful. And then it took almost three weeks for them to come back out and fix the mistakes. And that wasn't the end of it! I got charged an additional fee for all of that even though they were coming back to fix the poor service that was provided to me in the first place. The only thing I could think of is that they had bad contractors that day or they were having an "off" day when the service was originally provided. Thankfully the fee was taken care of and I got better service the second time around. I'm giving two stars for the frustration I dealt with getting the flooring fixed. Not saying this company is bad to deal with but beware the services that may be provided.

I was also looking to replace gutters, and he advised me that all of the gutters did not need replacing, which of course saved me money. All the other contractors, just quoted me a full set of gutters. His work crew was awesome. They came on time, worked all day (finished in one day) and totally cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. I was also very pleased with his pricing. All in all, a great company!

They said they would not be able to start the project for about 3 months and I said that would be perfect timing; I only needed an estimate within a week. I told them I would be cancelling my original estimate since they came over so quickly, so I would really need their estimate. I have called them over half a dozen times and left messages with no response. Since there have been issues with phone service for the past 3 weeks, understandably there was a good possibility that they never even received my messages. Today, three weeks later, I again called the main number and texted the man who did the estimate. When I still received no answer, I called their emergency line explaining that although this is not an emergency, I thought that maybe they did not receive my previous messages and could she please relay the message. I went so far as to say that I know this is not an emergency as I am a RN and it's not life or death, but again, no one has returned a call or message in 3 weeks so perhaps they did not receive my previous messages. That said, I received a very nasty text from them saying that it was very offensive to them to inquire on their "emergency line" (the only line where someone answers the phone) that I expect a phone call back after 3 weeks of them doing the initial estimate and how "Christian" they are! So let me respond from the Bible, Proverbs 15:1: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Christian IS as Christian DOES. I would not recommend this company.

They were incredibly loud all day Saturday with the repairs. I was told around 1pm that they should be finishing up in an hour so. They were there until at least 6pm. The next day, I have a scheduled repair for my back patio gate, because it had not been closing for 7+ weeks, and I could not wait for my HOA any longer as it was a safety issue. It was fixed and on that Sunday, I was able to open and close my back patio gate. The gutter repairs were (apparently) being continued to Monday morning. It was again loud, but not as loud as Saturday. I came home from work at 4pm to find them taking up my entire back patio. I left shortly after and returned at 7pm, to find the back patio gate unusable again. The same gate that I paid to have repaired the day prior, No one answered the phone number I had for them, despite advertising themselves as "24 hour" service. They were incredibly disrespectful of my property. This is extremely unacceptable for the prices they charge.

Gordon and John came to our house to look at my back door. Gordon responded to my message right away which lets me know that he is professional. John, was his "door guy" and he was very knowledgeable about types of doors and took a look at my door and knew right away what needed to be done. The process to get my door replaced was straight forward, I paid for my door then when my door came, we set up an appointment to get it done. It took about a week and 3 days. The day John replaced the door, he worked nonstop in cold degree weather from 10a-3:30p! I mean he never stopped moving. I'm not even sure if he took a break to eat or drink. He fixed the frame of my door from Previous work that it had done, and even took the time to level it and raise it so that I don't get water in my house. I could tell that he took great pride in his job and I appreciate that he took the time to get the job done, did not rush it. The amount of time he took to customize my back door was very much appreciated. John simply said "This is just how we do our jobs" and I believe him! Gordon is very professional and I believe he has the resources to get whatever you need done. He even gave me tips on how to get my deck together for the summer. As far as pricing goes, he was able to work with me and my low budget. Paid mine out of pocket so I'm not sure if they finance. I believe they went above and beyond what I paid for even though this job wasn't a major one. I recommend this business! I will be asking them to do further jobs needed in my recklessly flipped home!
