I see Dr. Anna for general wellness and for issues that come up as a result of day-to-day life, illness, musician injuries, and as a compliment (and assist) to my yoga practice and business. I have sent my yoga students (and their babies!) to her to assist with prenatal and postnatal challenges and also have recommended her to many friends and family so she could help them reduce and remedy chronic pain. I have always been nervous about and around medicine and doctors. From the first appointment, I felt like Dr. Anna truly listened to my concerns and made sure to address and discuss each one thoroughly, plan a course of treatment, and then provide follow up instructions. I have left every appointment with a better knowledge of my body and how to live and move in such a way that I feel better. I didn't mind this too much, but the service just confirmed my suspicions. Dr. Elaine also works as the office's bookkeeper and secretary. She called to inquire about my insurance policy and gave the customer service representative a horrible attitude from the start. Her husband, who is also a chiropractor there, was in one of the examination rooms, screaming at someone on the phone. He then proceeded to make his way to the front room and scream at his wife to give up on our insurance, after only five minutes on the phone with our policy holder. When we asked if they would be seeing us or not that day, due to the insurance situation, both Elaine and her husband began to scream over each other, in what I assume was an attempt to explain the situation. We explained that their attempts at explaining were unclear and proceeded to leave after they told us we wouldn't be able to find chiropractic services anywhere. All in all, this was a horrible experience with deplorable customer service. I can't say how efficient they are at their chiropractic services, since I didn't get to experience them, but if their attitudes are a testament to their care I would stay clear. Their screaming match gave me a panic attack, which they didn't seem to give a single care about. Also, they are not LGBT friendly, from the impression I recieved.

I paid my bills and they made it clear that it wasn't worth thier time to deal with me any longer and dropped me. The quality of care was questionable as I experienced whiplash in my neck and shoulders and could barely move for about 2weeks and it wasn't the first-time it happened when I thought back on some previous visits and how I felt afterwards. The doctor new that that area was tense and tight but proceeded to wrench my neck not once but 3 times thus causing an issue. Otherwise they were OK
