She said she needed my receipt to make the exchange. I explained that she never gave me one. She said "yes I did it's in your bag" I said no you asked me if I wanted one and I said no because I didnt think I would need one! We had just left a doctor visit in Little Rock where we discussed treatment options for my husband's cancer. a little compassion would have been nice. When we called the store to speak to the manager we found out it was HER! We explained the cancer situation and that we weren't in the best frame of mind. Her only answer was "well, don't take it out on me!" seriously? Is you all you think about! Simply apologize, take some blame and be nicer! She acts like she was baptized in vinegar! i don't know who hurt you lady but you seriously need some training on how to treat people!!!!

I arrived and paid for the processing and a young lady retrieved the cardboard box with my deer and I asked about my cooler. She then located the cooler and as I began to transfer the packages to the cooler I noticed that the handle was missing. So, I ended up paying for the processing and the destruction of a perfectly good cooler. Next year I will purchase a meat grinder and do my own processing. I have been here before and I have purposely avoided eating anything there. You walk in and it is apparent that this place has not been cleaned in a long time.
