An hour and a half and two phone calls to the store later, and I'm told that the delivery driver had 5 orders and is 20 minutes away. When I ask for a refund of my tip, I was told bluntly "you can call Uber Eats", in other words -- "not our problem". Why work with UberEats, Drizly, DoorDash etc. if you can't fulfill delivery orders in the time promised by those apps? What a waste of money and time.
