I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

Tracy, though not in an official title, worked tirelessly behind the scenes doing the jobs no one else wanted and caring for customers just as much as Lon did. They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I still love my Jeep, and don't regret my purchase, but will not be getting it serviced here in the future.

La Corona is a little family run convenient store and didn't have the cake, but they were so sweet and offered to help. Next thing I know, they pulled out their phone book and was calling all the right places to find me this cake. The fact that this shop took the time to help a pathetic girl who doesn't even know what kind of cake she's looking for, made me really appreciative. I still don't know more than 10 words in Spanish, but I know where I go if I'm out and need a convenient store.
