Bought a used car with a warranty, have had nothing but issues with since we picked it up. (I…read moreshould have known when they rand my credit and got a loan approved through a bank that was SPECIFICALLY different then was requested/communicated the entire sale) Repairs that were promised were still not done. Recently had an issue with a sensor so I brought it in, they charged $189 dollars since they were not able to diagnose the issue but still gave us an estimate for the repair. I called back to get billing clarification and asked why they would recommend a repair they could not diagnose to which they changed the story to they did confirm the diagnosis (even though they said 2-3x before this they were unable to) and the reason for the charge was because it was not covered by the warranty. To clarify, I am not upset that my used car is needing repairs, and I don't mind paying for services that were performed but I do not trust a single thing from this place. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it is poor customer communication, because the alternative is that they have a very crooked business model.
