This review is NOT about quality of work. I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them. read more

Edit: I'm extremely disappointed by the recent changes at Graff. The dealership's ownership abruptly removed Managing Partner Lon and his wife Tracy, who were the true heart of this business. Lon brought integrity, transparency, and genuine care to every interaction. Tracy, though not in an official title, worked tirelessly behind the scenes doing the jobs no one else wanted and caring for customers just as much as Lon did. They were restoring my faith in what a car dealership could be. Together, they created a culture of honesty and community that set this dealership apart. Without them, Graff has lost what made it special. I can no longer recommend supporting a business that treats its most dedicated people this way. I still love my Jeep, and don't regret my purchase, but will not be getting it serviced here in the future. read more

More developing news on the Ford Explorer went to get an oil change and 10min oil place showed me the transmission fluid and it was brown I have had the car for 2 months. There is no way Gaff checked or serviced this vehicle. I have put $1700 in this vehicle to get up to par. Gaff you lie $20,000 vehicle should have serviced. You took advantage of a 20 year old. Bought a new truck and within first two weeks pipes rusted out underneath and lost acceleration while on the highway. The dealership wouldn't do anything about it. should have never paid the money I did to them for this kind of service. This place hasn't changed a bit. read more

Never been to this establishment, I own and buy several vehicles. This time we wanted to try a ram truck. I have owned all models and makes of vehicles. Generally favoring the Chevy / GMC line. We were drawn to this Granit grey ram from the street, unsure if it was new or used until we pulled in and looked it over. All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. Very impressed with all the Graff Staff, every single person we crossed paths with ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Blake was awesome super friendly very professional, Blake took care of all our finance needs and was very clear on explaining everything. First experience with Watson Rockford. Everyone was very helpful and customer oriented. Work done quickly and efficiently.

i brought my van in for a vibration the night before my appointment. i waited until afternoon for someone to let me know what was going on. no one called so i called and they still havent looked at it . i called again they said it was my tire i said thery are only a few months old i also said when i dropped it off if it is anything that is not covered by insurance call first. i call again they said my tire is out of balance. i go to et my van they charged me 56. i might as well got a oil change it includes tire rotation but i could of got them done by the tire place i bought them from for free. when i drove it home it vibrated way worse then when i brought it in. when i brought it to tire place they said graff had to mauch weghts on it . so i paid for a balance that was worse than before. they didnt care about what i had to say how i didnt want nothing done if it wasnt covered or call first when i went to pay they just wanted their money. they should of called and said we have to rotate so why dont we do a oil change that is included. like i said not one phone to me i had to call them about my van read more
