It might even be the same guy as last time-who knows? He's a bigger, 20-something guy, with short, dark hair. His enthusiasm for his job is underwhelming, to say the least. His customer service skills are pretty bad and he acts like you are bothering him if you ask him for help. I just asked if someone could change the Dr. Pepper as it was out. He said, "not this exact minute". I didn't ask anyone to do it "this exact minute". He could've said, "Sure. I can do it in a moment" or how about, "Yes, but I need about 5 minutes". I would've waited-no problem. Instead, I waited a little while and left. I'm sure he doesn't mind someone not buying a pop, but here's the thing, I buy a lot of things there, not just soda. I had a customer service issue last month with the same guy, except I erased my review. He was on his phone at the counter. The garbage cans were overflowing, napkins were out and the store could've been cleaner. Laziness.

I can now truly say that you don't need to be elderly to get cheated by Good 'n Quick. By the way, they are neither good nor quick. I left my Durango with them for 3 days to get my fuel pump replaced. I told them that I wanted my old fuel pump after they replaced it. Of course they didn't save my bad fuel pump. The truck still stalls as much as it did before. It should be accelerating better, if not because the repairs, because my wallet is $550 lighter. When I took it back to them to tell them I'm still having problems they said the fuel pump needed to be replaced but they never said it was causing my engine sluggishness. They will rebuild or replace the transmission for $2800 - $4000. Eek! Methinks not.

I like that K&G carries the F'Real shakes and this location always has lots of flavors stocked up!
