They ran into some technical issues with the pre-drilled and routed holes from the factory but they figured out what to do and got all of the window sashes replaced in two days (in January) with minimal impact to our family (and I work from home). The work these guys did is amazing with no damage to the stiles or jambs. They were neat in their work, cleaned up after everything was done and have checked back in after the fact to make sure we are happy. I highly recommend this team.
