It's required readjustment of the dehumidifier system, and including a baseboard heater. More recently, the sliding glass door was not working; called and asked them to look at it. It apparently had come off the track. The service person responded, spent 10 minutes adjusting the wheels, and then produced a bill of $495: $300 service call and $195 for labor. Today, the windows only will lock if you use a lot of force to close them tight enough to engage the locks. There were issues right away. They got started, then disappeared for a couple of weeks. I was told that our main interior beam would be custom because of the ceiling fan we wanted installed. When they came back, they built it on site. The weather stripping on the windows was very short. It took months for them to change it out. The one door (swinging) would not lock. It took several trips to get it right and it now swings very stiff. The roof leaked, the entire interior was never wiped down and we had to fight with them to install the exterior skirting. The service man that came out multiple times was very nice, at first. I do think that he got tired of coming back out to fix things. The OWNER WAS TERRIBLE!! At least he said that he was the owner! I question the quality, as I said , its only a couple of years old. Will the windows hold up?? Value, I dont think so. A carpenter friend said that he could have built it, with better windows for far less money. I WOULD NOT use this company or their product.

She had me forward her the emails and photos and apologized for his lack of follow-up. She had another person call to follow-up and while he was very polite, I was already turned off because of Mike Sanders lack of follow-up. Cannot give my hard earned money to a company that cannot follow-up. Especially when I sent the photos that were requested.

They came out to look at it the first Friday of September. The two men stated they would be happy to do it, and said it would take 2 weeks to get me a quote because they were busy. They took my drawings and measurements of what I wanted the stairs to be. After 3 weeks, I gave them a call, and I was able to talk to Thor, to whom I had talked the first time I called. He stated that he had approved the plan and he was surprised I had not heard back from them, and he said he would check it out. A week later, he did call, and said he was waiting to hear from some of their suppliers, so he could get me a quote. This confused me a bit since he had said in the previous call left me believing the quote was done. He gave me a ballpark quote and said he would get back to me within a week. That was weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them. They have my measurements and drawings, and I will have to make them again. I have no idea why they stopped responding to me.
