Well...not completely. My first beef is that they didn't include all hail damaged parts of the house to be repaired. So once we signed the contract, they said that it wasn't included. Plus those pieces were different colors than the new siding we were going with. They did replace one side, after we noticed that their workers weren't careful, because they too thought everything was getting replaced. We still have blue on 3 sides of our house that don't go with the current color scheme. When my wife called the salesman about this, he belittled her and acted like she was wrong and unsettled. Very unprofessional. I still question why we have Hal damaged pieces after trying to replace all hail damaged parts of the house. They weren't very willing to be helpful or take any blame. They left no extra materials, even though the standard is to order extras in case there are problems. So they took materials we paid for. Months later we tried to turn on our air conditioning to find it wasn't working. Here the workers put the power box on upside down and when they couldn't figure it out, just forced it all together and not working. We had to call out another company to see what was wrong and they knew right away that the siding company made a bad mistake. They aren't very service oriented. I know they made as much profit as they could off of us and in the end fought us when we were happy. I've never complained about service work before and they acted like we were just trying to complain. I wouldn't trust this company at all. Go somewhere else. Money is their only objective, not customer satisfaction. Run, run, run away from them.

I emailed two potential handymen about a simple set of jobs -- we needed the TV mounted, curtain rods hung, shelves put up, a tapestry hung. We had to emergency move and didn't have time to do those tasks ourselves -- it all would have been put off. Jeff responded right away through Yelp and then when I reached out he answered the phone and told me it would be no problem, just tell him when and where to show up. He was on time and basically told us to point at what we wanted and where -- it was amazing. In an hour, Jeff hung up two floating shelves, a tapestry, three long curtain rods and mounted our TV -- it took us 2 hours just to do the TV, so we were over the moon! He is fast, doesn't waste time and he does great work. Multiple times in the past couple of weeks, anytime we even a nail in the wall or tried to fix anything, we were like "we should have called JEFF!"
