Horrible experience. This location that I ordered on the app order confirmed and everything. I get here the Asian guy at the front who said that his name is Simon said that he doesn't have my order in his system. He doesn't try to help me and says that he is not the creator of the app so I have to order again and pay for it twice. Why would I do that? He claims he was the manager and I should call the customer service number on the app. That number only gives me a voicemail beep. The manager started yelling telling me to leave the store all while I am trying to get him to give me my order. He calls the police and started spraying a Lysol bottle in my direction like they are doing to our people in Africa. In my opinion this racist environment has disgusted me and I didn't get a refund, no drink and no incentives. I HAVE NEVER been to a Kung Fu Tea and received such horrible treatment and customer service. A business like this should have people working at the register equipped to handle situations like this instead of telling me to go dispute the payment with the bank. I shouldn't have to do all of that. Everybody that is black and respects themselves should stay away from this place. You were not trying to help me, you started screaming at me WAY before my friend came into the store and you definitely weren't trying to give me my drinks. I'm sure if I was white or Chinese you'd be willing to help me. I left because I already knew that by being there when the police arrived that it wouldn't matter what two black males would say. I'm sure you've all seen videos of black men being brutalized all over this country by the police. You never told me to come back for no drinks, as a manager you also didn't offer me ANY incentives. I am living my best boba life, and while it's been nice to have some boba options in the neighborhood, I've been regularly disappointed by Mr. Wish's mushy tapioca and Poke Bowl Station's subpar customer service. When Kung Fu moved in, I was thrilled and knew that things would get interesting around here for boba lovers like myself and my family. It doesn't hurt that the owner is extremely friendly and now recognizes us as regulars. He even commented on my new haircut and said he should do the same for the summer. :-) As for the drinks, they've been delicious, well prepared and expertly sweetened. My favorites are the green milk tea, oolong milk tea, and the winter melon green tea. I prefer to go zero sugar with my boba and their honey sweetened bubbles add just the right amount of flavor to my orders. My son enjoys the mango green tea and strawberry lemonade, while my partner's jam is coconut milk tea with tapioca and nata jelly. Something for everyone here! I'm so glad they're here and more than a little sad my family will move out of state in a little over a month. Until then, we're gonna get our boba on big time at Kung Fu! read more

Best boba tea in the industry! I've never had bad customer service here. The Taro bubble tea with no added sweetness is my favorite. Some places undercook their boba but not this place. I suggest ordering on the lighter side of sweetener cause the regular sweet is really too sweet but that's the only downside. read more

I love Kung fu tea a lot this location in park slope is a cute small little place with a couple of seats. It's a pretty quiet place where you can sit down and talk to friends or catch up on some work. The staff is very friendly and hey engage in conversations with customers and really care about the customers. There is also a bathroom here. My favorite drink is the peach Oolong tea with bubble . There are many other toppings. There is also slushes and a lot of interesting flavors to try. They really communicate with you so they can make your drink to the best of your liking. read more
