I came back again to try the pikmin drink with my girlfriend and I was so pumped to try it and wanted to collect the cup and straw, however it didn't come with the pikmin themed cup and straw which made me pretty disappointed. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful, but she was busy so I didn't want to bring up the cup since it was busy. The inside is kept really clean and offers a comfortable atmosphere for people to enjoy their drinks and play some tabletop games. read more

Tea was tasteful, the spam and tuna musibi(hopefully im saying correct) was great. Came with a dipping sauce. My son said his macaroons were tasty. We played fuzball while we waited. Cute lil shop. I would recommend for tea lovers. read more

I'm so pleased that a bubble tea place has opened near me. (My wallet is less thrilled. I've been there twice this week.) The app allows you to earn points and get a different cool perk each weekday... but is admittedly glitchy. (It crashed on me twice.) One nice thing about the app is that it makes the options clear. For example, you can request that your beverage be made more or less sweet than usual. I've ordered in store and via the app and had an accurate fresh order made each time. The staff is efficient, and friendly and the store is clean. There's plenty of seating and board games and a foosball table to entertain patrons. The strip mall has plenty of parking as well as some EV plug-in spots. They now have a limited choice or appetizers (which I haven't yet tried). I'll be back. read more

Today on October.18,2023, around 2:00PM; Me & babe (George) had to do an errand so we decided to get KING FU TEA. So we get there and it obviously has a lot of selections to choose from. I can't decide on milk tea or a slushy cause of the weather, so I decide on the slushy. I get the flavor "Caribbean Breeze." It's such a refreshing, flavorful & delicious drink. You taste the Caribbean flavors and it's so yummy too. I love get Boba Tea from KUNG FU TEA, it's our go to during the week. Anyways, can't wait to try different flavors from here. We got two milk teas and didn't finish either one. They were terrible. I got a taro milk tea with boba and half sugar. It still very sweet and the straw they gave me wasn't big enough the boba couldn't make it up the stray. It was the right color but didn't have the taro taste. Overall something was off. The other drink was a Thai milk tea. No boba and full sweet. It was sweeter than mine. Both milk teas tasted off. Neither had the flavor we expected. There was nothing about the products or service that would warrant another visit. read more

So my husband has been going here since it opened. Sometimes I'll get a drink but normally I grab mine from the Cherry Hill location. Reason being is because my husband loves cold drinks and I like hot. This location though the girls that USE to work there were really nice struggles with getting my hot drink right where as Cherry Hill nails it every time. Be that as it may we were in the process of moving to our new office and needed to get the rental van back to exchange it for another one (another story). I decided to order our drinks online to speed up the process. It was cold and pouring. My husband goes and grabs the drinks. Mine wasn't hot so I asked him if he could see if they could heat it up (hot Taro milk tea with no sugar, herbal jelly and milk cap.) He calls me and says they can heat it up but my toppings will melt I was ok with that at this point because I wanted a hot drink. He said they can do that or remake it, I said no heating it up is fine. He comes to the car while I'm on the phone and sits my drink down. We pull off, while driving he says when I get off the phone that they couldn't heat up the drink so they remade it. I grab it and it's still not hot, but also unbearably sweet with no herbal jelly in it. I couldn't drink it and I didn't have time to go back before they closed. So I noted it on the feedback part of the app. FF to today on my way back to finish moving and I stop in. There's a guy working and I explain to him what happened meanwhile there was a girl standing next to him staring at me he says well I'm the manager and he turns to her and says weren't you here yesterday and with a tinge of an attitude she say's she was the one who made it. So she gave her explanation which was consistent with what I said. I said the drink still wasn't made right it was super sweet and as you can see right here I didn't even drink it. So he asked her if she added sugar to it and she says no. It's the toppings that made it sweet. Now here I am standing here wasting not only my money but my valuable time with a full cup of this bs untouched minus the sip I took and told my husband to try realizing it was super sweet with no herbal jelly in it. My husband usually gets the same drink cold with no sugar and he agreed it was super sweet. What reason would I have to be in there today with a full drink I paid for if it was made right? Just because she said she didn't add sugar doesn't make it true! She could of very well forgot not to add it the second time but because she has no integrity and a lil stinky attitude it was more important to her to look right so she said no. Now the manager and I are just looking at each other because he basically and clearly didn't care and would of let me leave the store unsatisfied with my money wasted. So I say can you just give me another drink. He says with hesitation I don't have to make you another one but ok what drink do you want. I said give me the same cold. Now mind you it took everything in me to let that I don't have to make it part slide for the moment. My drink was remade and after I got it that's when I addressed the I don't have to remake it part. 1. I felt I was treated this way based of how I looked. 2. There was no need for him to even say that because either you're going to remake it or not. I paid by credit card and I have no problem disputing the charge if I'm not given what I pay for so I'm not about to argue with anybody when I have a credit card company that will. In the end I made it clear this wasn't about someone trying to get a free drink and that I too am a business owner with a huge following. So to wrap this up, I absolutely do not recommend this place. The girl working with the dark spots on her face has a terrible attitude and is a liar so beware of that part too. The best way to judge how good a business really is, is to see how they handle conflict. That's when you know who/what you're really dealing with. There have been other locations in that area that didn't really thrive and with the level of service going on right now I'm sure this location will meet the same well deserved end results. As for my new drink that was supposedly made the same way except cold ironically those same toppings didn't make this one super sweet. it was still a trash drink but just not so sweet it couldn't be consumed. Side note this review wouldn't of been here had he of not said he didn't have to remake it, you can't explain that unnecessary ignorance away. You either do it or you don't. Had I of been a different type of person those words could of made a situation go left really fast. Trash resolution skills and no generated management message can change it. They don't have to worry about every getting my business again. When the source/management/ ownership is bad that's all I need to know. read more

I usually love Kung Fu Tea, but when I went today to get their Kung Fu Milk Tea, their boba was very hard unlike the other locations I usually go to. I was kind of disappointed because they're very well known for their soft and chewy boba. read more
